Came through the drive-through and had to mobile orders, they pulled me into a spot to wait for my orders, and only brought one out. After telling the girl who brought one order out that I had another, she forgot? I waited 10 minutes and then went inside, when I went inside, I heard the workers saying that that had already went out and that I needed to show proof. When it was all said and done, the order had been sitting on the shelf without a tag on it the whole time getting cold, wouldn’t come back if I was on fire and needed someone to piss on me.

We got here at 10pm. Lobby and drive through close at 11 per their door sticker but one door was locked. The second one was open so we went in and ordered at the kiosk. We ordered 2 ice creams and a water bottle. We sat down and then we heard them talking about our order and were very confused. They didn’t even know we were in there. Then they came out from the back and looked at us all confused. They were arguing about who locked which door. They shouldn’t have been locked at all! We got our ice cream and then we heard them taking an order for the drive through and telling those customers that the ice cream machine was down. It’s clearly not. McDonald’s employees are lying and lazy and can’t even do their jobs. They always say the machine is down because they don’t want to clean it or use it.
