The service is not good at all. Majority of the people I have ran into have a bad attitudes. Wanting two people have been pleasant. It is always something wrong with my order always. There is not been one time I received a order that has been totally correct. And that is sad because they don't listen they want to rush you through the line and you don't get what you ask for. On the other hand I love how they allow the younger children school age children to work and learn independence.

Save your time and money and head down the road to another McDonald's, this location has the worst customer service very discombobulated employees have no clue on how to run an efficient restaurant, no one at the cash register to take your order, dirty booths, will take roughly 25-30 min to get your order regardless if you order ahead thru the app or go thru the drive through. You've been warned.

Need to have adult supervision in this store seem like all kids that can't hear or understand. There is nothing wrong putting kids to work bit this store needs help

Ordered through drive thru and was stuck waiting on my order in parking space #2 for nearly 30min. At the food window (after paying at 1st window), I was told they were waiting on fries and could I pull up to space 2. After waiting in the space 2 for nearly 20 min and watching others pull in space 3, 4, 5 have there food come out and they leave, I went inside and asked where was my food. I watched them fix it. They handed it to me at the side kitchen door. Once I left the parking space I ate some fries and they were cold.

Bad communication ordering through drive through. Slow service. Once we got our order husband checked it and order was wrong. They then made us wait for 13 mins while they got the order right. We drove off and the order was still wrong.
The food runner was very professional and she nicely got me more sauces after the people who made my food forgot it and didn't make me feel bad for taking up a parking spot for longer than normal

Went in to order food and first thing a worker does is tell me to use the kiosk . Told her I don't work there then she proceeds to walk off and go to the back complaining about my comment. After she finally made it to her manager is when I finally got my order taken. I do not work there it is not my place to ring my food up.

I ordered 2 ice coffees well everytime i come which is every morning there made diffrent some days sweet (allmost never) and some days so bitter its dark brown and cant even drink .. i allways ask for it sweet ..today was so dark and bitter i couldent even drink.. waste of money !
