The quality has gone downhill. Tasted like flavored ice milk. The two young men working stayed seated and were on their phones the whole time we were there. The place did not feel clean and we will not be back to this or any Menchies again.

terrible service. the guy at the counter called my pregnant wife fat and told her she needed to lay off the frozen yogurt. i then told him she was pregnant and he said the baby was gonna come out fat. not to mention the fro yo tasted like pee. while in midst of eating our fro yo we saw two rats the size of chihuahuas fighting over a frozen gummy bear. truly horrific experience i would not wish on anyone else. don't even get me started on the smell, it smelled like a 6'4 basketball players booty cheeks up in there. truly awful, my wife has been dealing with depression and episodes ever since.as a 6'2 26 year old man i haven't experienced any thing this horrendous since my deployment.not to mention the next 3 days after this truly gut wrenching experience i spent glued to the toilet. the employees also thought it'd be funny to make fun of my receding hairline, i have struggled with hair loss and illness for years. the açaí bowls were good tho.Kid-friendliness: their somewhat nice to the kids i guess.

this is the most atatrocious place i've ever been to. i came with my family to get a nice little treat and the service was terrible. not only did the man at the counter make fun of my child and called him fat albert but also said my daughter and husband look like squidward from spongebob. the floor was disgusting and my froyo was melted and tasted like wet cardboard. my husband slipped and busted his head in this establishment. he died last night in the hospital. i will forever habe nightmares about the monstrosity that this place is. i hope they stop the man behind the counter from peeing on the floor.

it wasnt just not good. it was the absolute worst experience ever. they called me fat just for what i ordered and then after that. they were laughing at me. The service was slow, i had to wait for 3 hours just for a small bowl of frozen yogurt, that keep in mind was vanilla but when they gave me it. it was yellow, and tasted like dirt. my wife had work within the next hour and we had waited all damn day just for some yogurt that wasn't even frozen. This establishment is the worst, will never be visiting this awful place again, customer service is off the charts, and not the good kind. the kind that makes you want to die, my wife was so upset that she killed herself the same night. this place made me lose my wife. never visiting again, i hate this place and i hope it burns down. the walls were peeling and mold was growing, i swear i could see the spores. if i was you i wouldn't ever step foot in this place, overall, the yogurt was tasty

Walked in for a tropicalicious bowl, kid had headphones in feet up acted like I was bothering. Asked him if I order he said nah make it yourself, I said açai too? He said nah that’s in the back. I said ok I want a tropicalicious bowl. He then brought me a naked bowl that didn’t have anything in it and was the wrong not tropical sorbet. Very disappointed by the service will absolutely never go back

Unsure if the owner cares about his business when you go often and the people who work behind his counter do not seem to care anyone is even in the establishment pretty bad. My husband gets same flavor unsure if the vanilla machine needs a cleaning but last night's consistency of the product was no where near the same as in previous visits color was off kind of an icy texture just wasn't right. If you enjoy being ignored I guess this is the atmosphere for you.

Absolutely delicious! The original tart is my personal favorite, but I like trying the seasonal tart flavors too. Today, we tried the pomegranate razz sorbet and it was easily one of the best flavor combos I’ve ever had. Store was clean and cashier was friendly.
My family and I usually come here to have a treat. The employees are usually offering help and talk to us. Who ever is on shift today could care less. She had her friends in the shop and ignored several customers not giving them any attention while checking out. The male employee was sitting in the corner with his AirPods in. Neither one of them welcomed us as well.I’m not trying to be a Karen but it was an overall bad experience with the employees. The yogurt is good though.

We ordered a sheet cake online for my son's 3rd birthday; I was later informed that this location only offers the round cakes. The staff really took care of us and made what we were looking for in a round cake instead and refunded us the difference.The froyo cake was a huge hit. We received so many wonderful complements on his birthday cake and would like to pass that on to this store. Thank you all, so much!
