To start off, my food was cold, under cooked, under portioned, and tough. The chips were stale like they were 2 days old and they weren’t salted. Then they were out of steak, corn, veggies, and poblano sauce. This is THE worst Moe’s I’ve ever had and I wasted $16. DO NOT STOP

Gross. We eat at many other Moe's locations and this one is the worst we have experienced. Watery sour cream, watered down hard rock sauce (you could not even taste the flavor it had been watered down so much), and the tiniest portion of chicken was used on the entrees. There is no wonder why the place is not crowded. Whoever runs this place needs to be retrained or should not be part of Moe's franchise.

Not clean at all. Wasn’t greeted when we arrived and had to wait. Which is not a huge deal. Food looked like it had been there for a while. Had the pleasure of using the bathroom while there and had a huge clump of hair on the floor. Won’t be back.

Food was ok, the guy that made it was super friendly and kind but the restaurant was really dirty the tables was not clean, they're was Mop water in the bathroom where If you were not careful you could slip and the garbage can lid on floor no bag in garbage can.
Jason at the Kingsland, Ga location was very helpful and considerate. Service was great food was great.

Food was great. Service was amazing. Only issue was a customer that came in hollering because she did think she was getting enough of chicken basically wanting something for nothing but making a lot of noise disturbing other customer's.

They are cheating people on portion size for the meat at this location. The woman who identified herself as the manager gave me this very meager "scoop" that was so insulting. The "scoop" had the tiniest pieces of chicken fragments. I noticed she gave the person in front of me more so I asked for a little more. I get everyone doing portion control but what she gave me was so ridiculous. I was ok with the portion of chicken for the person in front of me. The "manager" refused to add a little extra. I have not gone to a MOE's in a couple years. This experience let me know I was not missing out on anything. Either Moe's needs to get their portion sizes under control or their employees bad attitudes. The woman said, "I'm not about to get into trouble over giving more." An employee (a man) even tried to come over to reason with the manager and that's when she said she was not about to get into trouble. Very unprofessional. I don't want to come back. Bad expedience.
