If I could rate this place a negative..I would. My daughter and her boyfriend ate here and now they have food poisoning! They are VERY understaffed and the ones that were working seemed less that enthusiastic about their job! Call me crazy.. but I don't think $15 dollars a person for FOOD POISONING is very appetizing!

IMHO they were under staffed and not very friendly. We will go back but on that day the experience wasn't that great. A new guest may not return because of it.

Food tastes and looks like it had been out for a long time and did not look fresh. Staff didn't look like they wanted to be there. I hope they can do better. They will loose business to their competitors.

This place is pretty good. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quick. The place was also clean. Classic Moes with Greta service and food.

So the food was rather dry and bland none of it appeared to be freshly cooked. I was unhappy with being told the sauce that came on the burrito was not hot. I asked several times and was assured it was not hot or spicy. It was so hot my dad and myself couldn't eat it. The lady behind the counter was very kind and the store was clean!

I try to be understanding of places being understaffed these days, but this was clearly just management not caring or something wrong. I went on a Tuesday around lunch and was informed they were out of lettuce and grilled vegetables. They said they were waiting on the truck and didn't know when it would be in. Sam's club is nearby, it seems someone could have went over to get a head or so of lettuce. So I couldn't get a bowl.

If I could give no star I would, manager counting pieces of chicken, nasty attitude. Cashier nasty and huffing, bathroom nasty. They acted like they were mad and the food belonged to them. Manager mumbling about the kids meal, not evening k owing if there were kids in the car. The worst! I've never had this experience at Moe's. Usually when something isn't right, I try to be patient and pleasant as I get service industry is hard. Not this time, it wasn't busy, just rude, unprofessional, don't want to be there, does not care about store reputation.

The Moe’s in Brunswick is awful!! Bathrooms were disgusting and out of toilet paper. Staff was not pleasant and clearly did not want to be there. No guacamole. Pico was brown and looking nasty. Very disappointed. Wish we went to Panara!

I'm not sure how - but somehow - at my 'big age,' I've never managed to eat at Moe's. Ever. And there are probably at least 40 (possibly more) locations in metro Atlanta. I wanted something with rice and black beans - and my Yelp search recommended them - add to that, I'd been seeing these mouth-watering photos of this steak bowl (on my phone and all their print ads), so off I went. ExteriorLots of parking. Located on a very busy little stretch of road near Sam's, Hobby Lobby and Panera Bread Co. Be patient when you're trying to get back on that little connector road. InteriorTall ceilings, bright, spacious. I didn't dine in but everything appeared to be clean and well maintained.Price / ValueI think the prices were pretty much what you'd expect to pay - in this post-pandemic-world. The rice base was plentiful and they do allow heaps of additional toppings that are included in the bowl price. Customer ServiceThe young man and young woman (sorry didn't get either one's names) were amazing! Super friendly in a funny, genuine way. I felt like I was talking to old friends by the time I left. Lol. They both teased me because they couldn't believe I had never eaten Moe's and they also thought it was funny that I was scared to deviate from the bowl's original description. I kept telling them that I would be more adventurous next time but I wanted to try it the way the 'chef intended' first. Kinda like when people say they're gonna follow a recipe - but they make a thousand substitutions - then they get mad when the recipe tastes like hot garbage ... I didn't want to be one of those folks. FoodOk. So. I didn't enjoy my food. Part of the issue is that none of my food was hot - or even warm. The rice was cool. The beans and corn and other ingredients were cool. The meat (steak) was cold, dried out and TOUGH. I also expected it to be more flavorful and it was pretty bland. I gotta say - I was pretty underwhelmed. OverallThe food may have been 1 - 2 stars, but the customer service was 5 stars - so I landed on 3 stars. Since it was just one visit - and I felt I needed to reserve judgment a bit, until I've tried more items, I bumped 'em up a star to 4 stars. I will go back another time (or 2) and try other things before writing them off. As popular as this chain is, I'm sure I just need to try a few more things and I'll find something I love.
