I went for take out. I ordered a large beef and broccoli and I got a plate beef broccoli, fried rice and egg roll. I ordered a large shrimp lo mein and got a dish with shrimp lo mein and white rice.
It's been a while since our last visit to New China, and it appears things have changed. Maybe they were having issues in the kitchen, but our food was not as tasty as before. In our 40 years of experience with New China, we have never been served cold food. I'm not sure when we will return.

Edit: I usually always order chicken on a stick and a large VEGETABLE fried rice. The chicken is always tender, not pink. Veggie fried rice gives you better vegetables and I just tear up the chicken. The rice doesn't need cheap sauce to cover up the flavor. My asain roots make me pretty particular...
