Generally, food is really good, but the food and drinks are over-priced. Large portions. The all-you-can eat salad and soups are the best value. The service is usually very good. There can be long wait times during lunch and prime dinner hours, so make reservations if possible. They do offer pick-up.
We went on Sunday around 2:30. Our server was AWFUL. We had the endless soup, salad and bread sticks. We would ask for more bread sticks and she would say, yeah I'll go get you some. We would wait and be done with our soups and bread sticks and she still wouldn't bring them. We would wait roughly 10 mins in-between getting our food. I recently went there with my family for a night out. Was our first time going to the Brunswick location. I have had issues with the Olive Garden brand in the past, with service in particular. That was not the case here, the service was absolute fantastic. From the hostess to the waiter, it was great.
