1st time here. My mother and I ordered half sandwiches with soup and a side. The Blt needed more bacon. The tuna was on point. Both soups were delicious, French onion and broccoli cheddar. Our main issue was the cashier. She spoke very softly and we had to ask more than once to repeat. We told her we had not been here before, but she didn't really help us with our questions.

Panera’s food has been tanking for a long time. Employees standing around with earbuds in while we have to place our own order at kiosk. They looked so bothered when we asked for our cups and pager. Won’t be back to any Panera’s.

We were now impressed by our egg sandwiches! In the past, Panera used freshly cracked eggs, but this one had eggs that were pre-cooked. This was a much different experience than what we're used to.
Just soup today tomato bisque. Bowl and broccoli cheese. Both excellent and love their bread. Yummy!

Horribly slow. Inefficient workers. People in the back talking about how they can’t wait to get off of work instead of actually preparing food. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Place was as dead as a graveyard and took 25 minutes to get a bowl of soup.

The dirtiest Panera I’ve ever visited. Actually smells like garbage in the dining area and all the tables were dirty. It was so bad that I decided not to get a sandwich. If the kitchen is as dirty as the dining area the health department needs to investigate.
