I stopped eating Papa Johns years ago since they changed their ingredients. Decided that I would give it a shot. Ordered a specialty, a 1 topping and cheese sticks. Went to pay and the deal I was using said it wasn't valid so spent another 5 minutes changing order. Verified order and placed order but my bank alert only showed half the price. Went to email and they dropped my specialty pizza AGAIN. Had to call and cancel order and now have to wait 2-3 days for my $$ back. Never again will I try papa johns.

We ordered delivery. The person who delivered the pizza took it to the wrong address and didn’t let us know. She went back and picked it up and brought it to us. Ewe! And it was cold . Plus someone else had opened the box. I would like a refund at the least. The delivery person was Voncile.

Should've read the reviews. Order not correct, the garlic parm breadsticks were dry as hell and had about 4 drops of garlic parm sauce. They forgot the extra cup of garlic and instead of getting a spicy garlic cup, got regular. Quality control seems to be left up to the customer to catch their mistakes.

I am USMC VETERAN and BUSINESS OWNER. I very much was disappointed in the decision to order from this store. As soon as I walked in there were two women already there. One was not acknowledged as I asked if they were. I was not acknowledged. Now I normally could care less but, having to hear the girl saying “ I am going to take my time” the young man in the black shirt look at me and ignore me lol , the other young lady moving boxes not giving two sh*** about us and the young man wearing the hat looking at all three of us and continue a conversation about some chick he thought was hot ? with box girl was repulsive.

Pretty sad having to deal with that after working all day. I own my own company and I’d never treat customers like they don’t exist. God bless. Hope y’all improve. Thank GOD Waycross and Jesup are awesome ?.

My mistake for coming to spend my money there. I’ve let all my fellow veterans I’m pals with not to order from Brunswick. Thnxs again Waycross and Jesup papa John’s for treating people with kindness.

How many people named Jordan are picking up a pizza in Brunswick at the same time?! No customer service. I had to give my name 3 xs before the guy at the front realized my pizza was just sitting there. The two guys in front of me had the same experience. The pizza was cold….and I had to slice myself. Come on!

I placed an online order and been waiting an hour and a half..they overlooked my order I heard them say..but yet another 10 minutes later they still haven't bothered to make my order..this is second time in a row I've had issues with not getting my food.. so disappointed..I most likely will not return to be disappointed a third time

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received by an individual or an establishment was witnessed tonight thanks to April who works at the Papa John’s in the Publix Shopping Center.
We spent $100 on 3 pizzas to be delivered. No problem, we were hosting our son’s birthday party and wanted the kids to be happy. 2 of our three pizzas were made with the wrong crust, and 1 was just the wrong pizza entirely. I called once confirming we did do the order right, and the mistake was on the restaurant and not us. Once confirming, I called this establishment, the first girl who answered before transferring me to “the manager” April, couldn’t have been nicer. On the other hand, April (with neck tattoo Incase there are several) was rude and snarky from the start, did not listen to a word I was saying, CALLED ME A LIAR and actually HUNG UP ON ME!
I immediately left MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY to go deal with the DISRESPECT I just received. All I wanted was, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will do better next time. Please come see us again” MAYBE a 10% off our next order coupon. But no. I had to leave my son’s party to go face the rudest individual I have ever spoke to face to face. She was just as rude in person and told me to leave because she can’t do anything. I demanded to speak to the head manager, James. April told me I can stand there and hour and wait for him because he doesn’t have time for me. I told her I would wait right at the register.

***James the manager was incredibly nice, and remade the pizza part of our order and even included a free order of brownies. This does not make up for making me leave my son’s birthday party in the middle, missing the cake cutting, to deal with this establishment but was a king gesture. I understand establishments have protocols and rules, but customer service should always be first and foremost. I never once asked for a refund, but an apology would have been nice. Instead, April was the rudest person I’ve ever met and in my option she should be fired immediately and choose to not work in customer service in the future. Thanks for ruining a child’s birthday April. She never once apologized and was rude till the end.

Thank you James for handling the situation with class and apologizing and remaking the pizzas. Just hate I had to miss out on time I can’t get back because of it.

Not 1 thing on the order was correct. The Indian door dasher driving the white car with a license plate that starts with SOP said "it's nor my job; it's not my problem" and drove away. Of the last 5 orders with Papa Johns only 1 was right! The previous times the dashers cared and helped make it right at least.***I spoke with the manager and he had the order remade and delivered pretty quickly. Extremely frustrating but the manager was sure to make it right

I ordered a X-Large pizza wings tonight for delivery ! 2 hours later it finally arrived cold . You could tell it had set out for awhile ! I called 4 times with 4 different answers ! Want do it again ! They use to be great but they have really bit the dust !

This location used to do a great job. Unfortunately my last 3 orders were horrible. It’s like corporate told them to cut back on cheese. The crust isn’t right. I just get the original but you can tell it is just whatever they throw together. At this point they are consistently bad.
