Stay far, far, far away! Ordered through the app, went to retrieve it, and the store was dark and door was locked. Pizza Hut also has an atrocious customer support line that sends you to an overseas call center. I put in a complaint over a week ago, but at this point I feel it’s a lost cause ZERO out of five.

Be warned, before ordering from this location, make sure they are open. Currently dealing w/ an experience where I ordered for delivery, never got it, and still haven't had anyone reach out to me about it. Another important detail is that I ordered this delivery yesterday. Drove by the location to see if I can get my order in person instead, THE LOCATION IS CLOSED. There is a hand written sign on the door about how there is a heating issue and the building is dark. Customer service wasn't any help because the guy couldn't even give me a refund. Apparently, they can only put in tickets to "escalate the issue to upper management." Btw, they should reach out to me in 1-3 business days (according to the rep), so basically have to wait until Monday to try and get my money back. I'm just going to contest it w/ my bank, because this is wild. I usually like Pizza Hut, but after this whole experience, lol, I'm good.

Ordered pizzas on their app. Was called about 20 minutes later and asked if I’d be willing to wait an additional 45 minutes since the pan pizzas take longer and I told them that was fine. 45 minutes passes and still no pizzas. Call number and get transferred to someone out of state who says my pizzas are just now being made. She transfers me to the store and the call is disconnected. Call back and get transferred to the store number again and the phone rings and rings. Decide to visit the store and am told that my pizzas were never made. No communication about them not completing my order. Very unprofessional service.

Order a pizza from the local Pizza Hut. At 7:30 PM December 29 after an hour and a half it didn’t come I called there was no one to speak to it goes to an automated system saying they’re working on it. I called again to pretend to order a pizza this time someone picks up I tell them nobody’s responding I’ve lost my pizza. I got a call back five minutes later from the pizzeria place saying they’re sorry they didn’t send the pizza they’ll make me a new one and they’ll give me a full credit. 10:00 PM. I received a pizza at my door. And it’s not even cut up for me to eat at the hotel.The lady told me she would give me a full credit because I waited for several hours. I checked my credit card. She gave me a credit, and then promptly put the entire amount right back on my credit card again. I tried to call they’re not picking up. The worst service I’ve ever ever ever had. I’m completely disgusted. They should be ashamed of themselves
