I ordered on the website for pickup last week around lunch time on a Tuesday. What website didn't tell me was that the location was NOT open. Went to pick it up and nobody there. Looked as if it were under construction still. Ridiculous!
This is not a done in location as it is described as. They don’t have drinks, utensils, or anything other Pizza Hut dine in locations have . Order for pickup or delivery if you go here. They are years from becoming a dine in location.. the popular excuse was that they are waiting on items to be delivered since day one . If your location is not ready for real dine in do not advertise it as so.. please change your description or fix the issues and bring the real booths back.....read full review
Well it’s been a couple weeks since you reopened at the new location. Tonight’s order was undercooked pizza, not exactly what we had planned for dinner. I called the store, the manager would not get on the phone, but relied on a staff member to go back and forth with comments and concerns. I was offered a replacement, but I would need to wait 2 hours or get a partial refund. We chose the refund and decided to finish cooking our pizza. Not happy with food or follow up.
