I had a positive experience and would definitely return. While it seemed they were a bit understaffed, the employees were courteous and served our food in about 15 minutes.
The location was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. I would have given them five stars if there had been some instrumental holiday music playing in the background. I love music someone bit biased when it comes to locations who don't play it šlol.
The food was nearly perfect, but I had requested extra cheese and sauce with my order. I had to return to the counter to ask for the sauce. I didnāt worry about the extra cheese since I wasnāt charged for it.

Really Pizza Hut, an international call center to take orders. Then they transfer to store, maybe? But no one answers anyway. Can't order online because app and web keep crashing. You suck Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut has become the worst pizza restaurant in my area !! I literally never do reviews but this one really bothered me!!! I spent almost $30.00 for 2 āchickenā Alfredoās the amount was so small barley feed two people I donāt think there was more than a chicken NUGGET between the both of orders I use to get the same thing for many years and it was for so much less and was able to feed 4 people. I ordered dominos chicken Alfredo last week so much better quality and quality for half the price it was $6.99 compared to Pizza Hut which was $15 for each order I told myself last time I would not be returning I told myself after my last experience where they closed the store at a random time and didnāt inform me didnāt cancel my online order I drove all the way to the store got there found out they had just closed at like 8:30 no reason given. Contacted customer service and no one cared said call back tomorrow if u donāt see money refunded I did get my money back but I used member rewards on that order that didnāt get returned. I added receipts u can see where my last order didnāt go through and how much these two tiny plates cost

The pizza didn't taste good at all. There was no real difference between hand tossed and original. You can't order pasta to your specifications like you can do at Dominoes. Also, the fact you can only order a be size of the NY style so if you don't like it you're stuck with an extra large!

Delivery already waiting 45 mins its literally across the street!!!!!! I am on crutches and a foot boot! So driving or walking was not teally an option! I love my pizza hut USUALLY!!!!!!!! What happened to PIZZA HUT! Wichita KS is the best Pizza Huts! They are originally from my hometown! Really i am still waiting fir my pizza please deliver it!!!!!! I waited over 70 mins WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!!!!! Not even any Parmesan or cracked pepper!!!! You all need to get your stuff TOGETHER BC YOU MAKING A BAD NAME FOR PIZZA HUT!

I ordered & paid additional cost for the original pan crust but they gave me hand-tossed. The dough wasn't thoroughly cooked. I didn't realize it until I was back home. I had to put it in the oven after I bit into a slice.

missed pizza hut from my childhood and tasted just as good as i remembered. the ladies working here are really sweet. the only thing that i dont like is the lack of a menu with prices. the workers do help explain cost effective deals though
