90% of the time don't have what you want and if they do you're waiting anywhere from 30-60+ minutes for it; just low quality servive overall

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food chain ever! The people here are drunk or high or both! Couldn't seem to comprehend anything I was saying. Definitely could not get my order right. I ended up knowingly leaving with the wrong items just because I was that tired of dealing with them. I will definitely never stop here again!

Tee Customer Service was Top Tier. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The Chicken was Hot and Fresh. 10/10 I definitely recommend this location.

Got lots of Extras! Mamma T the manager was amazing! I was so impressed with her skills! She was all about the customer service with her employees! Tho my lady from another state had never had Popeyes was not impressed with the food, nor was I I would go back just to see this lady in action!

Nice place. Food was good but service very slow. I placed a pickup order and had to wait for over 15 minutes after it said my order was ready for pickup.

I ordered online but when I arrived after waiting for 5 minutes I was told they were out of regular wings and only had spicy so I waited another 10 minutes and some of the wings were spicy anyway. I discovered this when I got home And the online help line is useless

So generally when someone tells you the name of their pickup order and they sit right in front of the counter waiting for it, you’re supposed to let them know when it’s ready so it doesn’t sit there and get cold
T and Stormy were the associates I dealt with, but the entire team seemed to enjoy being there. Best service I’ve received at a fast food place in a while.

I ordered through the mobile app to pick up at Drive Thru. When I got to the speaker and gave my name for the mobile order, I was immediately told to pull up to the door for my order. I made my order at 7:07 and did not get my order until 7:40. I had 2 wraps and a 2 pc white. Another customer had 2 wraps and the supervisor said I already had my order and I did not. I had to go inside and wait for my order. The young man told the lead that he did not give me an order, it was the lady behind me. Another tall lady was trying to help and tell the lead that I was waiting on my mobile order. When I got the order, there was only 1 wrap instead of 2. The lead person didn’t read, didn’t double check. I should not have waited this long on a mobile order. The incompetence is atrocious and makes the company look bad.
