Ordered online and still waited in drive thru for bout 25min.Finally got my food and they had 5 dry chicken strips and a wing instead of 6 strips, in the box, with none of the sauces I'd ordered. Also completely left out my 6pc order of Honey Lemon Pepper wings. Not the first time I've had issues at this particular store.I look for it to go out, before to long, honestly.

I don’t usually write Google reviews but this place is a disgrace to Popeyes. Really long wait in drive thru and even if it’s your turn, they take a while to even take your order. Food served is cold and not fresh. I was also trying to pick up a doordash order a different time and they don’t have a system built to look at the content of the order and had to look at my phone. People from drive thru come in and complain about their cold food. Employees are just sitting around doing nothing and on their phones

Popeyes, that store has the worst service ever. 2 March @ 1920 something. I was in the drive thru. Nobody answer with 2 cars at the window. The young lady came on the mic, and then nothing else. So we goes inside to see what's going on. No one is in the dining room. But a heavy set black female, welcome to Popeye's. And another employee at the putting up ketchup and stuff. No one taking your order. So I ask is there a problem with the drive thru? The employee in the dining room replied no. Then ask the one at the counter yall heard him in yall ear. They didn't said anything. So at this point I understand what is going on. This not the place want any food from ever. Please do me and everyone who service that store a favor get rid of those SORRY A$$ EMPLOYEES and Management. Your store will be better than it is. They act like that's their store. I have eaten Popeye's chicken around the World. And that's is one of the Worst stores ever. And I am Ga, we have a couple of them there also. But this one is something different. Sat at 7:30 behind one car for at least 10 minutes to take my order, had time to write this review probably could write 20. It’s prime time and there’s no cars in front except one there’s 3 or 4 now behind, 3 cars left already. I really don’t know how a place can make money during dinner prime time serving 4 cars an hour if they’re lucky.i sat at the speaker for 20 mins, went to cook out and got food in 5 minutes. With 4 cars in front of me

Cashier didn’t put in order right so we got the wrong sandwich. Missing a fry. Tenders were very pale, cold and barely cooked.

Hands down the worst Popeyes ever! Long wait time no matter if there is someone else ahead of you or no ( they are never busy I suspect slow inadequate service to be the reason why) I've been standing in line this whole time writing this review and no one has even acknowledged me yet.

It was a bit chaotic and out of sorts! It took a while to order, and everyone was just trying to catch up with drive thru and to go orders. Food to good and the restaurant needed to be serviced. I hope it was just a bad day and not an indication of regular level of service.

Food is good service is terrible.Drive thru says just a moment.. 8 minutes later ask for the order.. watched two in front of us with the same treatment. All the while cars are piling up behind us for lunch.

While driving through Brunswick, Georgia, on I-95 en route to Orlando, we encountered a severe tornado warning. Authorities were urging everyone to find immediate shelter. Luck was on our side as the Richmond exit appeared less than a quarter mile away, allowing us to exit the highway quickly. The downpour was so intense that we could barely see anything in front of us. Amidst a flurry of vehicles frantically seeking refuge, we spotted a parking space near a Popeyes restaurant and made our way there. The staff at Popeyes greeted us with open arms, providing a warm refuge from the storm. They were exceptionally kind and gave us clear instructions on where to go for safety in case the tornado hit. Thankfully, the threat did not materialize into anything serious, but it necessitated us staying put for about 90 minutes. This unexpected detour turned into a memorable part of our journey as we passed the time with an early dinner at Popeyes, savoring their spicy chicken fries while the storm raged outside.
