Lady with the stiff red and black wig was very rude and had a nasty attitude over a miscommunication while trying to order through the drive through, it was pouring rain and I barely could hear her, told her I would just come inside instead. Walked inside and she started fussing at me over some rice, I apologized and she kept going lmfao I said okay and proceeded to ask my bf what he wanted and she told me I was gonna listen to what she had to say and not cut her off or have a blessed day, I’m 27 years old, not a child very unacceptable, do better with customer service I didn’t want to argue over something as simple as rice

I actually like the new staff that works there, they were nice consider it they weren't disrespectful like the old staff. The atmosphere was coming and they gave you exactly what you ordered and it was hot without being mean.

Popeyes..... Ya good? Because by looking at my order this afternoon, I don't think so.

Ordered two boxes- one tenders the other a 4 pc spicy chicken. Never got the tenders both were fried chicken, neither were spicy.

Dad & I drive past the Popeyes on 341 (we come from exit 29) to eat at the Popeyes on Altama because of Ms. Tee. She’s always super nice, welcoming, & never complains about her workload. She’s always working the front, by herself…& she does an AMAZING job.

Today (10/25/25), my church members and I visited Popeyes on Atama and was greeted very pleasantly by Ms. Tee the store manager. In addition, her customer service was impeccable and our large food order of chicken, fries, and biscuits was fresh and very good! Thanks Ms. Tee and staff for servicing us in in the manner that you did on our route back to Albany!
