T and her GM were absolutely wonderful today when 2 of my cousins and I stopped in to grab some lunch in between jobs!! Thank you so much for the perfect customer service!!

On 7/12 at about 10:20pm we sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes. The place wasn’t busy and there were people inside so I drove to the window. Nobody there. I pulled forward to look inside the restaurant and there was the worker mopping on her cell phone 😉 Great choice of employees guys!

horrible waited for fries for 10 minutes the counter was mess more than five employees order on counter getting cold. wish it could've been hot to go with my fries. Would not recommend. and when I get into my other account where I am a level 8 I will be reposting this again.

Food is good, but service is always slow and twice I've ordered items only to get home and find I didn't get them, but were charged for them.

I dread anytime someone in my family says they want Popeyes. Every time I go it’s a struggle to get what we want or to get the order correct. They NEVER get the order right or they don’t have something cooked/thawed and say it will take hours. My most recent visit I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, with fries and a large tea. She put it down as classic, then asked what side I had, and ended up giving me a regular sized tea. I told her at the speaker that it was a spicy sandwich. Instead of fixing it on the order she said she would tell them to make it spicy. Ended up being pulled up, waited 10 mins just for it to be a classic sandwich and everything to be lukewarm.🫠 I really wish this wasn’t the case as I love popeyes but unfortunately it’s never a pleasant experience.

Repeated back my whole order correctly.
Very nice at the window and I have have never been given more black beans than rice, until here. For that and my whole experience, I give them 5 stars all the way around!
Better chicken, rice beans and biscuits than anywhere on SSI proper.

I was doing an Uber Eats order and I waited over 45 minutes to get the order. 6 people came in after me and got their food before me. There were 10 people working in the back and none of them were working hard. Most of the employees went outside and stood around while I watched one in the restaurant on her phone talking for 15 minutes. I will never ever come to this Popeyes again. The manager here needs to step in and fire some people, and if the manager was working they need to be fired too! Worst ever experience at a fast food place!

I usually never write reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I actually cried after. I believe I was racially profiled. I ordered a #1 (classic sandwich) and was told to park in the handicap spot to wait. I waited for over 20 minutes and watched the two black customers behind me get their food immediately. Two girls came out with smirks on their face asking me what I had after 15 minutes of waiting. Keep in mind, I am a very nice and pleasant person to all service workers. I told them what I had, and waited another 10 minutes. I’m watching the workers sit down at tables, eat inside on their breaks, and laugh around with no food being prepared. They gave me an ice cold sandwich with bacon and cheese on it. I drove back around and explained my order was wrong very kindly. They told me to pull up again. I waited another 15 minutes and then finally I drove around a third time and said, “I’m sorry, but I really have to be somewhere. May I ask how much longer?”. The girl playing on her phone said, “Oh! I’ll start making it now.” I couldn’t believe what was happening to me. 6 minutes later I got my sandwich. It was just chicken and a bun. No mayo, no pickles. I was clearly being messed with, smirked at, and forced to wait because I’m a young pretty white girl. I just really think if you’re white, it’s best to not even waste your time. It’s a sad time we live in. I just wish all people could respect each other no matter their race, because at the end of the day we are all human beings. ❤️I pray for them and forgive them wholeheartedly 🙏🏼

T, the manager, is a great ambassador for Popeyes! Very helpful and full of enthusiasm. We had fried shrimp and a fish sandwich that were delicious! Fried dill pickles were very good@
