The main reason I am giving 2/5 stars is because I received several sushi rolls that did not have all the ingredients AFTER I had already paid without being notified. As someone who eats sushi all the time, I immediately noticed missing ingredients and was told that they were out this and that. This needs to be communicated to the customer PRIOR to paying and the cashier needs to be informed by the kitchen staff so they can relay the information to the customers.

Exceptional vegan hibachi steak! No sauce needed it’s cooked perfectly! We got take out and was quite surprised by how much food you get. I will definitely be returning to Seasons of Japan! This is a must try so yummy!

I was driving and delivering for Uber and had to pick up an order for a customer. There was already someone there from DoorDash who was not happy and I soon found out why! The order that I was picking up would have been a good fare for me but I'm fortunately, much to the chagrin of the DoorDasher as well, for some reason they were not able to do sushi yet that time. This led to my customer canceling their order and me making a wasted trip and wasting time waiting :-( I've not had an unpleasant experience at seasons of Japan before and will still give them the benefit of the doubt and go in the future! And go in the future!

This location is so terrible, tastes completely different from the location on Eisenhower, in the worst way. The sauces are watery and the place just seems dirty af. They’re also getting over with those bowl sizes, the size of a large bowl at this location is not the same as it is at the others but the price is the same, pathetic . The food at the victory location can best be compared to dog food in my opinion.
