Shane's Rib Shack

I called in an order and specifically asked for my chicken to be extra wet. When I arrived, I let Abby know I wanted more sauce because the food looked dry, and the chicken wasn’t even covered properly. Instead of correcting the issue, she said I would have to pay extra for sauce. On top of that, she touched my food with her hands. When I asked for a new plate, she refused. I ended up asking for a refund due to the poor service. Abby was extremely rude throughout the interaction. Very disappointing experience. I’m repeating customer.

Food was cold. Slaw was warm and didn't want to eat it and get sick bc of mayo in it. Bread was not even toasted. They didn't give us many sauces. Macaroni and cheese was bland. Not sure what happened to Shane's. This was absolutely the worst food we ever got from here and it was $48

My family and I were passing through. Decided to stop because we were getting hungry. And found this place. We walked in, and the cashier looked at us, then spoke. When I went to ask questions, she was making faces at me like I was speaking French. I had to let her know, we're not from around there and what does she suggested. It was awkward to me. I wished I felt welcomed, but maybe it was the area. You can have signs that have warming words, but actions speak louder. The atmosphere was ok.
The food was good. My kids thought they were going to take a while and walked to Gamestop.
Food came, and I immediately ate my okra, lol. My pulled pork barbecue was ok, I'm not going to lie. North Carolina still has the best barbecue.
They had this hot sauce that was delicious, so delicious I asked if they sold the hot sauce as well as the barbecue sauce.
Overall, in my opinion, it was good. I liked the presentation of my son's plate with the loaded fries.

I ordered 2 meals and the service was amazing. The food was great. They are so sweet. Peach cobbler is the best.

Food was delicious,.but a so called order for 3 was supposed to be 53.00 was for 1-1/2 order of baby back ribs with ff and garlic Texas toast. With 2 sides-potatoe salad and baked beans was 53.00. My point don't send a disabled sometimes kemo brain person in to cranes alone they are not respected at all

Since this Shane's changed hands, I have been looking at the quality & quantity of food provided. Initially the chicken tenders increased in size; however, recently, they have returned to their old size. Not necessarily small but not large either. Flavor is good overall.

Ordered DD. We ordered the Rib and Pork plate. The Ribs were overdone and dry. The Mac n cheese was bland. The French fries were soggy frozen fries. The most disappointing thing were the peach cobblers. Terrible. Tasted bad, couldn’t eat them. Will not be ordering again.

No, I didn't take pictures cause I was just updating them. We haven't been for a long time and probably won't go back. The frys are just regular frozen frys. They were either reheated or grease is old, they were way overcooked. The sweet potato frys were undercooked. I got the rib plate, and I believe it was left over the day before or whatever. Today is 6/25/24, and it was about 4. I told a young blond about the frys, but she didn't really care. So here I am with a new review. They do military discounts, which is nice, but the food needs to be better
