I bought a 100.00 in meals tonite . First of all the girl running the register needs to learn customer service skills, before she’s allowed to wait on customers . Second I had two bowls of Brunswick stew , they put it in little dinky cup holders , so when I stopped at the red light they come out of the holders and poured all over the front of my car. I called the manager to complain about this . I see why the employees there are the way they are , because she had zero customer skills herself. She didn’t apologize or offer to replace them . So if your order isn’t bagged right and you spill it by accident , don’t look for no sympathy from the manager because she could care less .needless to say but I WONT BE BACK .

I don’t understand why you’d put a cold coleslaw and potato salad on the bottom of the container and put hot ribs on top it… so you made the hot items a lil cooler but made the cold items warm… there was a bag to put the cold stuff in, away from the hot items, so why????? Please don’t mix cold and hot… not everyone eats the food in the car.
There has been a few mistakes lately.
Yesterday she did not even get her coleslaw.
Very disappointing …

4Star- They were friendly. Super Fast! The food was good… really good… just one thing.. they did not give me any sauce for my pulled pork. Every other restaurant gives you their sweet stuff or ask you. That was a major let down! I didn’t know I had to ask. I would think it’s common to give it. Sauce is always given.

We do not have any Shane's in the Atlanta area anymore, and it's a shame. Great que, sides on point, quick service. Thanks for a great meal.

I think Shane's is the greatest thing to ever exist fight me about it. The atmosphere is amazing with the jerseys of the local high schools and all the achievements from over the years its perfect. Now the food has had me in a chokehold since I was a itty bitty boy they have the best chicken in the state of Georgia best Mac and cheese in the state of Georgia matter a fact it's the greatest thing in the state of Georgia. Now the service is short and sweet you order and if you can't finish your meal because like I said it's the greatest thing in the state of Georgia you go up and get a to go box I've never had a bad experience with the workers there and I would choose it over any drive thru. Yes my writing is sloppy no I do not care I just wanted to share how much I love Shane's rib shack

I called in an order and specifically asked for my chicken to be extra wet. When I arrived, I let Abby know I wanted more sauce because the food looked dry, and the chicken wasn’t even covered properly. Instead of correcting the issue, she said I would have to pay extra for sauce. On top of that, she touched my food with her hands. When I asked for a new plate, she refused. I ended up asking for a refund due to the poor service. Abby was extremely rude throughout the interaction. Very disappointing experience. I’m repeating customer.

Food was cold. Slaw was warm and didn't want to eat it and get sick bc of mayo in it. Bread was not even toasted. They didn't give us many sauces. Macaroni and cheese was bland. Not sure what happened to Shane's. This was absolutely the worst food we ever got from here and it was $48

My family and I were passing through. Decided to stop because we were getting hungry. And found this place. We walked in, and the cashier looked at us, then spoke. When I went to ask questions, she was making faces at me like I was speaking French. I had to let her know, we're not from around there and what does she suggested. It was awkward to me. I wished I felt welcomed, but maybe it was the area. You can have signs that have warming words, but actions speak louder. The atmosphere was ok.
The food was good. My kids thought they were going to take a while and walked to Gamestop.
Food came, and I immediately ate my okra, lol. My pulled pork barbecue was ok, I'm not going to lie. North Carolina still has the best barbecue.
They had this hot sauce that was delicious, so delicious I asked if they sold the hot sauce as well as the barbecue sauce.
Overall, in my opinion, it was good. I liked the presentation of my son's plate with the loaded fries.
