On October 7th, I went to Sonny's BBQ which is located at 5328 New Jesup Highway. When I first entered, I was greeted by a welcoming, aromatic, smoky scent of wood and meat. Alongside this captivating smell was an accommodating seating area and a lovely staff member who was stationed at a small stand that seated us promptly. There was also a bar that sort of had a dark ambience to it but had a late night football game vibe to it. The tables were spacious and were well lit...

We had an awesome experience at Sonny’s BBQ! Our waitress, Jess, was amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire meal. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

I come here often with family and have never been unsatisfied. The food is always so awesome and the staff is courteous and professional. Treats everyone as if they are family. I would recommend that everyone stop in any time and will get the best service I've ever had.
