Expect to spend 30+ minutes in a drive thru you canāt get out of.
Worst coffee I ever had the guy who making the coffee needs to be retrained I asked for a vanila sweet cream cold brew there was literally no sweet cream in it

This location is very rude the manager and district manager are rude too. They also let another customer steal my drink, after I let him in front of me. Don't go here they don't make the drinks good, and they don't listen to simple request.

Let me just say this, the manager (younger gentleman) was very helpful after the older lady who made my drink messed it up twice. I paid for a chai tea with a shot of espresso and pumpkin cream cold foam, regardless how the drink comes, that is what I ordered and paid EXTRA for. Starbucks is known for its specialty drinks right? So she proceeds to tell me with a smart a** attitude, āthe chai doesnāt come with espressoā ok Iām confused because I didnāt ask you? Iām speaking to the manager? (Or he seemed like the manager) I paid for a shot to be put in there PLUS the pumpkin cream cold foam which she forgot the second time she made it. These drinks are not cheap, and if youāre going to do it wrong, at-least be humble and READ THE ORDER so you can make it CORRECTLY. PAY ATTENTION to the drink order when it comes through the prompter? Itās really not difficult. The lunch lady needs to go.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes for a mobile order. The drive thru person did not even address us as we pulled up. I ended up driving off without my coffee bc I was now late for an appointment.

Ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte, lite ice, with coconut milk. Arrived at the window to pay, paid, tipped, received a grande version of my order. "You were charged for a grande." "Oh Im sorry did you want us to make a new one?" Already late for work, the order screen I placed my order said venti, at what point did the order become wrong? Disappointed, had been avoiding this location because my order always came out wrong somehow, wanted to try again for fall flavors. Drink is delicious...wrong size.
