Directly off I95, one of my favorite SB locations, but the crew seemed disjointed.....

Parking: The parking at this location needs to be rethought out, as you can only enter one way and 90 percent of the parking typically are on one side if it's occupied their isn't anywhere else to park!

There were seats outside, but the wind was super strong, so I used the drive-thru. My husband ordered a cortado for me, but they didn’t have small cups available, and it tasted much weaker than at other places. However, they filled the pup cup to the top, and my dog really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I waited about 7 minutes at the counter while the cashier worked on milk inventory. I wanted to buy a sandwich and they were expired. Today is the 4th they expired the 3rd. No apologies were given. Zero customer service. I expect better from Starbucks.

Stopped at 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon for coffee. Bathrooms were filthy- worse than a truck stop and it took 30 minutes to get my order. Do not recommend.

Coming from NC, around 6:PM. We stopped for coffee and it took us 40 minutes waiting to get the coffee. Some people got desperate and walked away. We didn’t because we had already paid $30.00 for our coffee. We expected much better service than that !

It is insane that you have one of the two only bathrooms blocked for customer use and have designated for employees only. There are what, 5 employees at any given time. So 5 people can use one toilet and everyone else has to wait for 20 minutes while someone takes a dump?! Bruh. No, my toddler almost peed her pants. And it was out of soap. You guys suck.

Unless you have AT LEAST 20+minutes do not stop! The scones were dry and cool by the time I got my drink which was milky. The baristas are dancing as fast as they can but unfortunately it’s just not working.

I ordered a mocha, an item seemed to take a very long time. Several people were waiting before me for some time, and it seemed to be only 1 person making the orders. Once I go it, it was well made. Generally was a pleasant visit. Lobby was clean. Bathroom was clean, except for a lot of tissue on the floor. However, on opening the trash can it seemed to be nearly empty, so, maybe a mess made by the previous customer?
