Great hospitality as we were their for over 2 hours after someone in our group lock the keys into one of our vehicles .... Had to wait for a rep from rental company to get vehicle open...

I had an issue that I brought to their attention and they took it seriously and responded accordingly. I can't wait to return for all my favorites and this is my go to location in this area and they stay quite busy.

3 employees, few customers. My mobile order was supposed to be ready in 3-6 minutes, but took 20. Then she used the excuse that they are short-handed. I've seen 3 employees at my typical Starbucks crank out 3-4 times the orders in the time it took this girl to make mine. She was in no hurry to help anyone. Then, she made my drink and set it aside. Next, she asked the other employees if they had made my order yet. Finally, she realized she had just made it.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had so far at a Starbucks. The baristas were slammed, but several people got their orders before us in line. When confronted in a nice way, it still took them some time to make just a coffee. In the end, we got our order but waited around 45 minutes and in addition, they did not refund or grant us anything customer service related. I will do my due diligence and check the reviews before I go to another Starbucks in the future.

we got 3 drinks, waited 30 minutes, and received 2 incorrect orders. one of the chai lattes wasn’t even a chai latte, we still don’t know what it was. we had also asked for no foam and still got foam.
the cashier had put the correct stuff in and was pleasant too, very nice lady!!

Really bad experience. I ordered my drink through cashier. But for some reason, the person making coffee did not get my order. I waited 30 minuets. Every time I check with the her, she said our order was delayed, you are not the only one waiting. And later, an employee checked their system, my order did not exist in the system. Fortunately, I have the receipts, they have 2 employees checked my receipts and finally make my drink. No sorry in the whole time.

Super, super Slow service. Waited in line for 11 min with just 2 customers in front of me. How about a line for just coffee?? Worst starbucks ever! Please read all reviews before visiting this store. 😟

The 2 girls who waited on me were SO SO nice. I have to say that. They did not realize what they did, but I was in SHOCK so much so, I didn’t say a word.
I ordered the sweet cream col brew ice coffee that was pictured as a promoted item on the drive up menu. When I got to the window, it had no cold foam, and they were remaking my drink. VERY SWEET. But while waiting, I asked a favor: “Hey can you get rid of this nasty burnt McDonalds coffee for me?”’ And I handed her the piping-hot coffee I had just purchased next door.
THE GIRL POURED THE COFFEE OUT OF THR DRIVE THRU WINDOW AND IT GOT ALL OVER MY STEP RAILS AND SPLASHED BACK ONTO MY DOORS/PAINT! If I wanted to get rid of the coffee that way, I could have and would have done that myself while waiting. I have a $62,000 fully loaded Silverado - my beater truck is at home, and I still wouldn’t have poured 130 degree coffee on it either.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I have been in. My daughter works in a store in Pooler Georgia, so I frequent that one, but we were on our way home from Florida so we stopped here for a quick treat.
This one was so dirty and disgusting. There were empty containers all over their work counters. The bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, there was no soap. There was pee all over the floor and it was sticky everywhere.
There was trash all by their oven system. All of the espresso machines had beans spilled all over them.
Most of the lobby floors were sticky, tables were sticky with spilled drinks on them. One of the workers placed a drink on the handoff plane so hard that it splashed out and actually splashed onto my daughter as we waited for our drink.
They messed the three orders before ours. And messed up our order, and the bar partners seemed to be very confused about what they were making..
The three workers on the floor all seemed miserable. And were unpleasant when customers asked them questions.
It’s been a holiday weekend , and I feel for all of them working, but it was just a bad experience in there.

Waited an hour in the drive thru for both of my shaken espressos to taste horrible. I asked for a remake and I got a rude look, Starbucks is a luxury experience and we pay for high quality hand crafted drinks… I was very disappointed and I am traveling across the country and needed this to be my pick me up. No one should go to this store.
