Customer service was great
It took 25 minutes to get 2 Nitro Cold Brews. They look like they are moving fast but are very unorganized….

We had some trouble with our car while driving I95 to Orlando last week in the early morning and had to get off at this exit where this store is. It was 4:00 AM and the weather was hot, but surprisingly this store opened at 4:30.
Even though we had the whole family there in the early morning, they greeted us with warm smiles and hospitality. We stayed here with our kids until the Kia service center opened. The staff was all friendly. Thank you again!!!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks, and I’ve been to ones all over the US. I ordered 2 non-specialty drinks in-store and it took nearly 25 minutes to get them. 15 minutes in, I asked why the people that ordered in-store after me were receiving their orders, and was curtly told it was coming. 10 minutes later, I either needed my money back or the drinks, and the barista threw my drinks together, slammed them down on the counter and rudely said it was because it’s my “first time there.” Guaranteed to be my last time.
3 other people around me were also disgruntled for the exact same reason.

This experience is the worst starbucks experience I have ever had. We stopped to get coffee and it took them almost an hour to get our 1 coffee to us and it is horrible.. should’ve went through the drive through they were moving a lot quicker

Pre ordered on the app got there at the perfect time for both coffees to be wrong with specific add ons and both cups felt empty and opened them both up for them to look like this and with no WHIP when asked for on both and tasted like straight grain , highly disappointed while on a work trip to start off the morning

The girls were working but not enough staff. We waited 30 min to get 1 coffee! Tired of the drive through getting preferential treatment. Pay them more so there are more workers. I have your stock bc I am a Starbucks person even though it’s so expensive. Do better!!
