Store is forever short handed. They are always out of products. Ice/ drink machine never works and bad attitudes.

Need to shut this place down employees just sit at the table no one behind the counters and I’ve worked here 4 times in the last week for lunch and they never have the Meatball sandwich ingredients ready. Twice they didn’t have the Italian herb and cheese bread either.

Friendly staff that do a great job and pretty quick. Store is clean. Very low on drinks is the only issue.

The food was fine but the woman making my sandwich was just not very nice. When I walked in she just stared at me with a scowl on her face and acted like she was angry I was there to get food. Not a good experience overall.

I would rate lower if I could. Three employees on shift, one of them on her phone, one sitting down, last one working his little heart out, bless him, but I don't think they trained him on how to roll the paper or cut the sub. Took longer than it should have and it cost $13 and change for a meal, which don't feel right but okay.

Wanted to order the BOGO which they said is online only. Go online to order and it says this store is unable to take online orders. Whatever, I can let that go. Start my order and once I get to the toppings I see the onion container is near empty like maybe 4 slivers on the bottom. Ask the staff if there's more onions and they said not right now. They literally just didn't want to go to the back and get it. Looked like a manager was cleaning around and not one time acknowledged the terrible service they were offering. Will NOT be back. Plenty of other sandwich shops to go to, this one was just convenient to where I was working at the time!

This is the second time I've been in this particular subway on community road, that one or all employees( o e was the owner) were rude, obnoxious, and certainly didn't care about the service or urgency. I will not be back to this location. If you want something in a hurry, try another place. I work in the service industry, and it's appalling.
