The food was fine but the woman making my sandwich was just not very nice. When I walked in she just stared at me with a scowl on her face and acted like she was angry I was there to get food. Not a good experience overall.

I would rate lower if I could. Three employees on shift, one of them on her phone, one sitting down, last one working his little heart out, bless him, but I don't think they trained him on how to roll the paper or cut the sub. Took longer than it should have and it cost $13 and change for a meal, which don't feel right but okay.

Wanted to order the BOGO which they said is online only. Go online to order and it says this store is unable to take online orders. Whatever, I can let that go. Start my order and once I get to the toppings I see the onion container is near empty like maybe 4 slivers on the bottom. Ask the staff if there's more onions and they said not right now. They literally just didn't want to go to the back and get it. Looked like a manager was cleaning around and not one time acknowledged the terrible service they were offering. Will NOT be back. Plenty of other sandwich shops to go to, this one was just convenient to where I was working at the time!

Absolutely insane the amount of time I waited in line.There were 4 people in front of me and I waited 35 min before I ordered. One person working and moving extremely slow.I will not come to this subway again.The girl working behind the counter hardly spoke at all, didn't smile once. And the ice machine "wasn't working"

This is the second time I've been in this particular subway on community road, that one or all employees( o e was the owner) were rude, obnoxious, and certainly didn't care about the service or urgency. I will not be back to this location. If you want something in a hurry, try another place. I work in the service industry, and it's appalling.

There's always something wrong at this location. They're almost always out of something. If it's not bread it's some ingredient. If you order online this is a big issue. Make sure to check your order before you leave so you know that you received the right order. I've even ordered in the middle of.the day before to show up and see that they're closed. None of this is as bad as their food safety. They never wash their hands. I've seen the employees breathe into the gloves before putting them on. And they will play with their phones and headphones while making a sub. I can't recommend this location anymore.

I don’t know how to do that’”There is a box on display on menus bar in store!Tuesday of this week! Lack of training! Pure rudeness! Needed 13 subs for an office lunch the next day. Took my business to The New Michael’s Deli and was graciously taken care of!
