I made a online order, should have just went in and ordered in person so I could watch them make my food, ordered a ham sandwich with lettuce and pickles tasted like onions sandwich was not toasted like ordered, paid extra for a bottle drink and got a cup drink gross, missing chips. This is usually my go to store and it's always great and fresh, not today and phone is off the hook so you can't call them and no since In driving back up there waste of money on has and food. Just ridiculous that people who work in the food industry don't give a crap about the way they serve food just throw it out there.

I will never eat here again. The service was horrible. She obviously hates her job and to be honest she is horrible at it. My footlong had 4 pieces of turkey! I basically had a Mayo sandwich. Do not stop here, save yourself.

I don’t leave reviews often, but had to for the employees here. They were SO friendly and helpful. This is so rare in fast food these days. I visited on 6/28 around 3pm for the manager to given the two ladies that helped us some kudos for excellent customer service!

A lady (she look like a teen) was having attitude with me for no reason I will not be coming back again, even then other worker asked her to stop I did not said anything to her I hated it.

I stopped in during the ice storm as they were the only indoor restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. They were very busy but extremely efficient. Soon after I realized that I was coming down with FLU A, and while standing in line began feeling weak and dizzy. I explained that I was feeling ill and they were nice enough to come to the table and take the remainder of my order. The food was tasty, fresh and prepared very quickly!

Having the lights turned on. And lights on the equipment turned on really blows when you try to open the door that doesn't have any signs saying closed on Christmas day or holiday hours. Yall looked open with the lights on inside and some of the food machines.

Food was over cooked, bread was hard.
Asked girl to heat the steak twice, it is usually in its own container and would be fine if the it was heated in the container instead of on the bread. I could not see what she was doing until it was too late. I also asked for mozzarella cheese and got a cheese blend. Store did not have any pickles. I got home and food was not edible.

My cousin went in Thursday night and got a footlong steak sub a footlong cold cut combo and a footlong sweet chicken teriyaki she got hers home and when she immediately unwrapped it it smelled sour she showed it to me and I smelled it smelled sour she took about three bites when she told me to look at it and she had basically had a stomach ache all that night and was basically in the bathroom I ate maybe a half of my sub and I was in the bathroom all last night and the night of the sub I don't know about the state because the other person had the stakes I've never ate it tried to call the restaurant couldn't get a hold of them called all the Subways and brother trying to get the different number see if they had a different number and nobody would pick up it goes to Verizon so you can't call in there to talk to the management to tell them about their sub I don't understand why you can't call the store and none of the Subways other than the ones at the truck stop are the only one you can get a hold of and the one at the Walmart but the ones that are owned by the Brazil family are all the phones are down and they've been down for 3 days now I will never eat there ever again and their customer service to take care of is basically if you get sick or you try to call up there I should have went up there but like I said I'm all the way here in Brantley County now and it's just meeting a dead horse

Very bad customer service I used the subway app for the first time 2 of the workers didn't know how to use the app. So I use the app and I didn't see how to add what I wanted on the sandwich. So I explained to the worker about that, and then proceed to tell her what I wanted, she got upset and went to the back and sent another worker out to assist me . She might of been the manager . Anyway she wanted to see the online receipt, I explained to her that I am old ladie who didn't see how to add what I wanted on the app, she had an attitude as well. I will avoid this subway at all cost.

Ladies were fantastic. They were fast and great customer service. The Manager (I didn't get her name before leaving) was excellent. We are from Florida and don't see this kind of service any more. It's the little things in life when it comes to acts of kindness. We need more of that in this world.
