The toaster was down order was wrong no manger was on shift

Could only get a cold cut combo or Turkey because they had no other meats. Only white stale bread was available and the meat was the cheapest cuts you could possibly buy. The cheese was slimy and the lettuce was wet and wilting. This store should be closed by the company because it is obvious the owners dont care about the business. The employee acted like I was bothering her doing something important. This was my first and last time in this place.

I don’t know what kind of art Subway is doing these days, but apparently, they’ve rebranded to Sauceway. My mobile order came out looking like it went through a car wash of chipotle mayo and regret. The bread disintegrated on contact I had to scoop my “sandwich” with a fork like it was pasta.

If I wanted a sauce smoothie with lettuce chunks, I’d have gone somewhere else. Do better, Subway. Jesus.

Never ever again. I'm beyond tired of wasting money I work hard for on horrible quality offerings. Simply wanted a cold cut combo on white. I was there Saturday 30 at 11 am. I'm not one to lower my expectations with a place because that's what they offer Horrible sandwiches. Off the bat, bread not cooking, no visual of trays of bread. No fresh baked smell when you walk in. Simply a dried out left over
12 inch white subroll. Eating the sandwich told me immediately it wasn't fresh. Then the cold cuts, I took a picture of this sad sandwich with one layer of mystery meat across the sub. No other meat, shame on me for not eating until in my car. Noe the white sliced cheese across the meat stuff. That was it, not a combo of meats which it normally is. Thank god they piled on my tomato and lettuce. I felt lucky that the brown lettuce in the second container wasn't on my sandwich. Where are the owners? Its there money being wasted when folks receive what I did. In fact never seen anyone who maybe a manager training staff. Hint to the owners, the pictures of you on the wall should be taken down. Your basicallty stating you represent the sad brand and don't care how much money you don't make. I'm sure it's a financial diaster with thoughts of never recouping any of your investment. If it was me I would shut it down, clean it up, hire and train key people that will bring you in return a profit on your investment. I realize its only a sandwich. I'm tired of simply wasting my money while receiving horrible quality food. That's it, done ranting but offer a tip to you, that is the health department in Glynn County has been on a tear as they should be closing down, getting the reports out to the public so the masses can handle the new marketing campaign to try and get back customers not seeing the failing grades. Sadly recently the inspection fails have been local business owners.

Place to pick up order on the app. The lady there didn't have ham apparently and decided to just not contact me and not make the sandwich without the ham and let me sit there waiting without acknowledging me at all to tell me that they didn't have him and she wasn't making the food so I wasted my entire lunch break which I am now late for work and I also don't have food for the rest of the day. She told me I had to go on to cancel the order online which now suddenly the app won't work and I can't sign in. Don't waste your time go somewhere else

Would give zero stars. Got my order wrong, they got super stressed over 7 orders from my tennis team, and so I never got my order. They gave me someone else's. They also wouldn't take any calls, so I couldn't call them for a refund.

Good luck coming to this store anytime after 8pm. I've come here to pick up DoorDash orders in the evening on multiple occasions, and been told any number of reasons they can't do the order, ranging from "we have no bread," "we're out of cold cuts," to "we're closing early today." I've never actually seen it open until its posted closing time. I'm sure this is a pain for regular customers as well, but as a delivery driver this actually hurts our status as well, since the company penalizes us for the store's issues.
