Place to pick up order on the app. The lady there didn't have ham apparently and decided to just not contact me and not make the sandwich without the ham and let me sit there waiting without acknowledging me at all to tell me that they didn't have him and she wasn't making the food so I wasted my entire lunch break which I am now late for work and I also don't have food for the rest of the day. She told me I had to go on to cancel the order online which now suddenly the app won't work and I can't sign in. Don't waste your time go somewhere else

Would give zero stars. Got my order wrong, they got super stressed over 7 orders from my tennis team, and so I never got my order. They gave me someone else's. They also wouldn't take any calls, so I couldn't call them for a refund.

Good luck coming to this store anytime after 8pm. I've come here to pick up DoorDash orders in the evening on multiple occasions, and been told any number of reasons they can't do the order, ranging from "we have no bread," "we're out of cold cuts," to "we're closing early today." I've never actually seen it open until its posted closing time. I'm sure this is a pain for regular customers as well, but as a delivery driver this actually hurts our status as well, since the company penalizes us for the store's issues.

I understand coming in around closing time, but it was 9:00,I paid for extra almost everything to end up with a thin ass sub sandwich. I knew when my wife took it out the bag it was gone be some bull shit. Totally unacceptable. I would’ve felt better if communicated the things it didn’t have.

If I could give them a negative star I would. They have never gotten my order right. Not a single time in the last year and a half. I've tried to be patient because they're so close to my house. I place my order through the app and more often then not I end up waiting to 40 minutes after l get there once the app says the order is ready for them to not only fit me in but to make the wrong sandwiches. The staff is poorly trained in the simple task of reading a list of ingredients and building a sandwich. I've never had any problem from any other subway in town it's only this one. I'm never shopping here again and suggest if you want your sub right then go to a different subway
