If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order when I got to the store there was a sign on the door stating a family emergency and that they would be back. I was on my way to work so I couldn’t wait. Now they have my money and I have no food. So the next day I decide to leave my house early before going to work just so I could get there and see what could be done about this before they closed. I pulled up 30 minutes before they were supposed to close and the open sign was on. I go up to the door and it was all locked up. Once again they have my money and I have no food. There is no way to contact the app or to have canceled the order. I will never return here.

I ordered 2 subs online and paid for my food, the online app said my food would be ready at 8:35pm I arrive at 8:22pm and the damn store was closed I was pissed the sign on the door and online said open from 8am - 10pm..I need a refund asap…No services were rendered.

Well my food came with out my bacon and without the avocado i paid extra for. There was no garlic aioli on it they put ranch… pretty annoyed seeing I ordered via mobile app. I find it funny the two most expensive things on my sandwich were left off. Not eating there again Ill just walk the 10 feet over to larrys giant

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered on line because we were traveling and wanted subway, when we got there to pick up our order they told us their cooler was filled with water and they couldn't make our sandwiches. Ok, so I expected a refund, no the guy printed off the receipt and told us to take it to another subway and see if they would make our sandwiches. So I am out of 30 dollars had no food and just flabbergasted that we didn't get a refund. Contacted subway themselves, still waiting on a refund that I doubt I will get. Lesson learned don't stop in GA for subway. This store should be ashamed of themselves.
