A few months ago my husband and I went thru the drive thru. They literally threw the cheesy potatoes in the bag sideways it spilled out onto our entire order. Decided today to give another shot. Got home and no cheesy Gordita crunch just gave me a crunchy taco. Definitely want a refund and won’t be back at all!! This is ridiculous. Called and the girl hung up on me twice.

The worst Taco Bell I have EVER been at. Please don’t get the nacho fries cuz “they can’t make fresh fries”.. they give you the fries that have sat under the warmer for hours or at least tastes like it.. expects us to give that trash to our kids. We pay our money for food that is not worth a dime. The manager has no respect for the employees and definitely no respect for the customers.. SMART MOUTH.. rude.. ALWAYS MAD.. please send new management or just throw the entire Taco Bell away!!
We walked into dining room. A combination is required to use the restroom. That’s not a serious problem until one waits forever because an employee is busy taking his break in there. Eventually he got off his phone and went back to work. Sadly, nobody would take our order, so we left.

PROS: good food! CONS: literally say their system is “broken” anytime after 7pm… then they are in there eating and not doing anything. Very are very rude and do NOT care about you. Literally are closed or they won’t answer the drive through at night even though they should be open until 1am! Then you see them inside talking like can you not answer???? Like it is 9pm.
This has got to be the last time I will give Taco Bell a try!! I always seem to have a bad experience even when I wait for several months in between visits. The food is very overpriced and not even filling. Over $49 for 3 people to eat and they forget a whole meal!!!! I wasn’t given a receipt at the drive thru window. I had to go in the lobby and she asked my total on the order and pulled the receipt (which I still didn’t get a copy of) only for her to pull everything out of the bag one by one and open up tacos and set it on the counter! I have never been treated like that when a restaurant has made an error! I should have just gotten my money back and went somewhere else. The tacos were soggy and the food wasn’t worth the money. I am done!

4930 New Jesup Hwy, Brunswick Ga. Maybe 6 cars in line since they locked the doors early and the only thing they can serve is horrible customer service. No sauces, No freeze drinks.. then has audacity to say “ugh yall are taking forever” and once I said something she claims she was “watching a tiktok, not speaking about us.” We ordered a meal with fries, get charged for a meal and soon as we get to the window- They have NO FRIES
