The food will always be great, the service is touch and go these kids just throw your stuff at you and go on to the next. I know everything is different but why taco bell? I've been eating here for ever this paiculiar one since 1997. Always great food. Please help with training these new members. Thank you

Several times I have visited this location and the service consistently is subpar.
I have gone in and had a talk with the manager on duty on a couple of occasions but there is no ultimate change to the food and service.
It doesn't make sense that each and every time you visit a place that you would have to make a compliant just so your food order can be prepared fresh for you. Especially after distinctively asking for made fresh food when making your order. This is not an issue at other taco bells that I order from, mainly just this one.

For the past, I could say at least a handful of times I have came to Taco Bell and they would be closed hours before the time posted at the restaurant and also this has been the fourth or fifth time that I have came up here and they would say that they’re only doing DoorDash orders I mean why even keep the restaurant open if you’re gonna do that …horrible service , Most of the workers are smart asses when you ask, simple questions I mean, you are literally working at a fast food restaurant and half of them can’t even make a proper taco highly disappointed in the restaurant…

This was hands down one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. The night crew was incredibly unprofessional and outright rude. Staff members were literally avoiding customers behind the counter instead of helping them, and the attitude from multiple employees was unacceptable.

One customer ordered a large order and part of it was wrong. When he came back to get it corrected, the employees refused to take accountability and instead blamed the customer for their mistake. No apology, no effort to fix it—just defensiveness and hostility.

On top of all that, it took over 30 minutes to get food that should’ve taken a fraction of that time, with no explanation or urgency. Customer service was nonexistent, and the overall vibe felt chaotic and careless.

If this is how this location is being run at night, management seriously needs to step in. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting basic courtesy or competence.

Wow where to start…. Soda machine served flat drinks, no ice. Eric our person that took the order was rude and difficult to order from. His first comment was use the machines, they were not working, next a staring contest. He won cause I didn’t know how to play, then stare again. I lost that time too. Please take My money and put me out of this misery

We ordered inside and got food to go. Even getting food with modifications, it was all somehow cold. The hottest item was the cheese cup that came with the fries. The nacho fries were barely seasoned and cold. The cheesy double beef burrito was cold, it tasted like the tortilla was old/stale and the rice also was kind of hard like it was old. The cheesy roll up was cold and barely any of the cheese was melted. The 2 chalupas and taco value meal were cold as well. Extremely disappointed. They had the kiosk ordering - asked for a texted receipt and never got it. Had to ask for our drink cups and sauce that were on the order.

The food was inedible and a waste of money as it had to be thrown out. The ingredients were quite literally rotten and the fries were drenched in an unknown slimy liquid. Such a waste of time and money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Here lately the night crew decides to just accept door dash orders and thats it. So a majority of us are stuck in line and cant leave the line and cant get food (Sunday 10/26 @ 9pm). Its unprofessional. And it happens more often than not. Corporate should really step in and figure out what the issue is at this location. Maybe stop taking doordash orders if they cant handle it. People drive here just to be turned away but yet those not driving themselves get fed. Horribly managed.

Went through the drive thru at 11pm on a Saturday and they are only doing Doordash orders. The hours say they are open so that makes no sense. I had to park to figure out where I could go instead and I saw several people turned away. Guess they don't need the money. Glad that Cookout was open next door as advertised.
