Poor customer service the lady in the window on August 16th at 7:40 was extremely rude. Asked if we were ready over and over 3 times within 20 seconds. Get up to the window to pay and the lady got my card well it was the wrong payment, then after doing my tap she then thumbs ups us instead of actually talking. Like if your miserable find a different job where you don't have to actually talk to customers.

Today we thought an item was missing from our order (it was not added to our order, which was fine, mistakes happen) and when we asked about it, an employee raised her voice and cussed at us. Our kid was in the car. It was one of the more unpleasant experiences I’ve had from a server. I don’t know what they’re going through. I hope it gets better. But we’re gonna go elsewhere from now on.
The food was ok. It’s fast food. The wait wasn’t bad and the line wasn’t long at all.

I ordered #6 and chicken casade 25.00, they asked if I wanted extra meat. Never been asked this before. AND I see why cause they put less meat now on the tacos and they want to charge you extra to get the amount they use to put on it. TACO HELL is expensive enough. I WONT BE BACK!

Stopped by this Bell after needing gas on my drive up 75. Was a little reluctant based on the sign being busted and some or the reviews. However, I am glad I stopped! The food was hot and delicious. The person who gave me my order was friendly and called me sir. I would not hesitate to stop by this Bell again.

I went to drive through 11:30pm passing through town. There were no signs that TacoBell was only taking DoorDash and Mobile orders. Because the drive through was only one lane, and I was blocked in front and back with other customers,I was forced to just sit there waiting for nothing. The courtesy of a posted notice restriction would have been appreciated.
Lady was very rude at the Brunswick store. It was around 9:30am and she had a nasty attitude and when we got to the window and flung the window open and said “here”. Very rude and unprofessional.

By far the ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes if you go inside, which I've tested more than once.
They also have poor accuracy in giving you what you ordered, and sometimes will give others your food.

I went through the drive through 12:20 pm today and my bag with the food in it was knocked on the floor by accident but she took it to the back and pretended to change the bag out very disgusting and I won't be coming back to this location

I work 3rd shift and I used to come here twice a week and get dinner between 11:45 and 12:30. Then about a month ago they stopped taking my orders and said they would only do door dash. I came at different days during the week and different times and even came a little earlier today but they still say door dash only. Is this a new policy of Taco Bell to deny their customers from ordering food from their stores, especially when there is no line in the drive thru ( probably because they keep telling people they can't order food ) or is this a Brunswick Georgia policy. Either way it has left me and my family and friends from wanting to order food from this store.
