The atmosphere and the welcome was excellent and the food was excellent j*** salmon with the honey glaze amazing and the rice and peas with oxtail stand out and the place is very clean and nice I feel I was at my home
They are very selfish with their food especially close to closing hours, very overprice for the little bit of food I gotten. Also the lady got mad when she asked me if I needed silverware I told her yes. If you don’t have it then shut the restaurant down.
Tried to go to a sub shop but they wasn’t open so I saw this place and OMG , you got to try. All Jamaican restaurants don’t taste the same. This place is awesome and the customer service will make you think your home.
I'm addicted to their food and you would be too the very moment you try it!!! The atmosphere is peaceful and you're greeted with a pleasant smile!!! My suggestion to you is that you should treat yourself the best Jamaican food in the entire State of Georgia and trust me you won't regret it either!!!
Order came in with sides we didn't choose.. my chicken curry was completely raw. Could not eat any of it
Great food and service. You can definitely taste the Jamaican spices.
Brendon gave great service and was amazing w getting things done! Would 100% recommend and definitely gonna be a repeat customer
Outstanding food ,real nice look just got to get it together best in the area
Brendon was so hospitable and had great service. will definitely recommend this place
Authentic Jamaican ?? food sooooooo tasty‼️ Everything is perfectly seasoned & cooked. Not spicy-hot heat. The spice refers to the seasonings. It is NOT bland. The price is fair for this level of cuisine. Friendly service; Tae always welcomes us with a smile. The service is authentic island style, too, so if you need anything, just ask. We love the plantain, too.

The first visit was a taste tester... it was great! the second visit was perfect Curry Chicken Cabbage and Plantine. The last 3 Fridays I've been paying Taste the Spice a visit. thank you so much for your service.
My J*** chicken didn’t look jerked it’s looked like bake chicken with BBQ sauce . No greeting at all coming or going .The young act of she didn’t know what was good or not so not much help. Mac and cheese was horrible never seen rotini noodle used for Mac and cheese and peas and rice were bland and I was so excited about this place opening up and it really hurt my feelings …
No greeting as we walked in, as we proceeded to to front counter and tried to read everything on the menu board that changed extremely fast so I decided to try for some assistance by making it clear that this was our first time here, I clearly made this statement a couple of times, the 2 young ladys working were of little to no help! But we ordered something anyway, my wife got curry goat, I had the stewed chicken, the entrée portions were small but we got plenty of rice, well at least mine were, I mean $14 for 3 half pieces of chicken is a bit pricey in my opinion. The food was very tasty though! We decided to dine in, and at no time did anyone come to check on us! So we closed our to go boxes and left just as we came in, no one said anything and neither did we!
This salmon was so good so much flavor this place is very clean and nice Hi recommend it good customer service very nice people work in this Jamaica restaurant ???
I teach culinary arts. Stopped by for lunch today and the j*** chicken was on point! The chef said she needed to take some culinary classes. I heartily disagree! Just keep doing what you are doing! Heading back this weekend for oxtails and some curry chicken.
