Quick and convenient, with no wait times like other restaurants, and not crowded. The atmosphere was quiet, and the food was exceptionally well seasoned, particularly the ginger shrimp. The steak was tough. I wished it were prepared medium-rare. They didn't ask, and I didn't think to tell them.
I posted before 5 years ago. I'm sorry for those who need to feel extra warm and welcomed when you enter an establishment, but Mrs. Ruby is pretty awesome. She's not here to coddle. Either enjoy the food or go where else. There's a reason she's been open for years.

The best Chinese food I’ve ever had! The owner is super friendly and even makes a point to take care of her customers and her orders. You should definitely try the shrimp wonton soup, I’m convinced it could cure any illness better than modern medicine!
