I went into order a smoothie. The drive through had about 6 cars. The dining room was empty. I stood at the counter for about 7 minutes and was ignored on 12/13/24 1pm. One drive through clerk and one smoothie girl both saw me no acknowledgement from smoothie girl. Not a hello not even a nod. I won't be back terrible customer service

This tropical café is nothing like the ones I’ve been to another cities and states the ABBA colada smoothie tasted like sugar water, and my breakfast bowl. If I say it was half full I’m being generous and it looks nothing like any of the balls I’ve gotten anywhere else terrible service, terrible food

I stopped in on my way to work this morning to grab a smoothie for breakfast. I ordered with no issues, but when I got up to the window with my card ready, I wasn't even greeted. I sat for 10 minutes while I watched the employee come up to the computer by the window, input the orders of the two customers who pulled up behind me, and go back to doing whatever she was doing. There was at least one other employee that I could see. The parking lot was almost empty, and there were very few cars there. I just don't understand what was taking so long, and why I wasn't even given a "Sorry, we'll be right with you." This is terrible service, and it's not even the first time it's happened to me there. I've been coming here for years but today was the last time I'll try it. After waiting those ten minutes, I had to leave without my smoothie, otherwise I would have been late for work. Now I'm at work with no breakfast, because the delay here meant that I didn't have time to go anywhere else.

I usually love going here and I always get the chia pudding bowl. This morning was no different but the bowl I got was disappointing. It wasn’t even half full. Everything was slapped on and there’s no honey. It’s very disappointing.

Terrible customer service! Employee named Zoey worked August 6 2024 at 6pm . She let us sit at the window with no service I had to walk in then she had an attitude.

man i was just about to put five stars bc the smoothie was quick and yummy BUT i got my quesadilla and it’s just.. the thinnest layer of cheese.. i said the Three Cheese one (which comes w chicken and such) but just got this ? money wasted

Tonight, I placed the same order I frequently place, which is a smoothie made thick with only one squirt of water. The black female making the order always appears irritated by the request. So tonight, the employee placed other orders in front of mines on purpose, and modified the drink without asking me if it was okay. I asked for another person to make the drink. Both the employee and manager refused to allow another person to make the drink or issue me a refund until I asked if I needed to call the police. They also threatened for me leave the store, after I tried to explain the mischievous behavior of the employee. When I mentioned getting the police involved, the manager made me wait for a long period of time and even mocked me by pretending like she was coming to talk to me and then turned her back on me. It was a direct power play or abuse of power and authority.
