Went in there for a late night snack and we sit down and the server asks if we done or carry out and then walks away. 2 people walked in after us and got to order before us and walked up to the counter. And the servers comment “ yall come in right when I get busy.” Kinda seems rude. And the place was not busy

Hey I know the food business is tough, But I am a successful business man . And I tell it like it is. My order started out pretty good. I ordered breakfast with very very lite waffle. She brought me a brown waffle I sent it back. I said very very lite . She gave it to the more senior employee. She made it still brown. Saying the machine do the best they can . One I get lite waffle all the times, two you did not watch it . Two, 4-5 family came in and left . I thought that was strange over my 45-1 hrs eating. The employee was holding tables for someone who was not there . Bad business practice. The elderly couple came when I was leaving , but look at the business you turned away . This is Waffle House . Atmosphere is everything to me . I won’t be back.

I went in this place with my sister waited like 5 min, asked one of the lady’s if we could get a table cleaned up she just looked me up and down rolled her eyes , and did nothing, we still waited another 10 min and nothing so we left, we have gone to this place several times before and had no issue with the other servers that where there times before, until these servers today .
The bread on the toast was so small. It was like the loaf had been crushed couldn't get any refills on the drink

Asked for a cup of ice water told me he could not hear me, again I asked for ice water, and was only given ice. I was clear as day twice. Of course being a minority, in Cop calling racist Karen Brunswick, GA, I didnt bother to go back and ask again to add water to the ice. Could tell the employees elevator, does not go all the way to the top floor by his interaction. SMH 🤦♂️!

We had a great experience! The people working there shine! The service was 5⭐️. We had Hashbrowns, eggs and bacon. As an observation the bacon ? was not great. It tasted like cheap quality. It is amazing how they work as a team and food is ready in a short time. The restaurant was clean and organized. I loved listening to the guy how was cooking ?? singing ? while he was doing his work.
