To the manager with a power trip: please educate yourself on service dogs. A service dog has to be able to perform its duties! Just because YOU don’t like a service dog laying next to its handler doesn’t make it LEGAL for YOU to require them to be on the floor! Had I of had a medical emergency in your store and she couldn’t perform her task, I would have a right to a law suit! Not to mention your over sensitive to me coughing.
