1 star because one of the cooks (short stocky white guy with glasses and brown hair) wasnt wearing any hair covering while cooking
update: went back today hoping it was just a one time thing, only for a female cook to have no hair net or hat, the same guy from before cooking my waffles without gloves or hair covering and 2 other guys walking who were managers of others stores coming in and cooking with no hats at all
i got it all i video, im done with waffle house, aboslutely disgusting

I have eaten at this location several times. It's been a year and this time when I went in it was very dirty. Dirty like it hadn't been maintained in months. So sad because I really enjoy eating there but if that's how they care about the dining room it reflects on how they don't nt care about food sanitation.

the only white man in there at the time was very rude. today june 13th 2025 at 10:30 pm. he said we’re not paying his bills to sit there and eat . which was very unprofessional and not a necessary piece of information.

On the trip home we stopped in Brunswick GA area off I-95 for Breakfast at Waffle House! We do not have one of these in Ripley and the kids LOVE LOVE LOVE Some waffles! Deacon went with Chocolate Chip Waffles *very surprised Saige didn't she's a chocolateholic! But she went with regular Waffles and both had Bacon as their sides with Deacon choosing Sprite and Saige Apple Juice! Kayla had a scrambled cheesy egg with sausage, toast and hash browns with cheese and water! I went with Fried Egg, Bacon and Toast! The waitress was very attentive and helpful! She was so friendly! The restaurant was very clean and orderly! Definitely would stop again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area!
If you want to end or start your day like a king I will highly recommend this waffle house the staff is very kind and look the sandwich they fix me

WOW!!!! Not busy now and i walked in and i waited ten mins or longer No a single person greeted me nor asked me if i wanted a beverage or even to order! No even spoke to me at all!!!!!!!!! Very bad! I rate 0! What wrong with ppl these days!!!!! So RUDE!

I absolutely love this Waffle House. I was in a rush, so I couldn't have my Waffle made over. The waffle was too soft. I'd definitely come back to eat when I'm not in a rush.

The Waffle House usually does not disappoint me or my family. But this particular one did just that. I ordered a ham, mushroom, and cheese omelet. It usually comes our nice and fluffy, but this time it came out flat and full of grease. My mother ordered a waffle done light and a side of bacon. The Waffle came out without the side of bacon. Apparently the cook forgot the bacon. The waitress was having to remind him of several items he forgot on peoples orders during our time there. When the bacon came out, it was overcooked.The waitress was very nice and very attentive to our needs. But she spent almost the entire time we were there telling the Cook about the awful restroom conditions in the restaurant and how no one cleans them. Very inappropriate conversation in a restaurant in my opinion.
