Date 04/12/24 Ticket number 3083 Drive-tru order.Ordered one each of the sour cream and chive baked potato anda large chilli.The chilli was a soup with a few beans and a morsel of beef. The baked potato was not what I remember them to be so probably won't reorder another one. The soup had to have been a known issue ignored by whoever serviced the order. Literaly it was soup with nothing else.Pretty sad.

Made a mobile order for window pickup because I have issues walking from a disability. Was told I must come in to get my order even after explaining I had disability. Once inside the short young laid with braids argued about my order. She got it wrong and got a attitude about me saying so. I may not can walk as good as needed but Im not mentally handicapped as this employee.

I order a number 1 plain cheese only and a fish sandwich combo plain tarter only. I couldn't check it cause I was rushing back to the hospital before they locked the doors for the night. Barely made it. Got to the room and pulled the food out. The fries were cold and hard. Hamburgers was cold. The fish sandwich they scraped the pickle lettuce and cheese off of it. Took one bite and all I tasted was pickles. When I opened it you can see where they scraped the cheese off and pickle rings on the fish. Nasty. Will not go here again.

You should order your food from Wendy's on your way into work that way. By the time you get on your lunch it will finally be ready and then you can eat without being late. Seriously it's ridiculous. Waiting here for 30 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and fry. Literally no one in the drive-thru. No one inside but me.
