My wife and I have worked in fast food before, she as an assistant manager and I in maintenance, so I have the inside perspective.
The counter person was not a happy person but friendly and my order was filled quickly and fully.
The floor was sticky and the counter had not been cleaned for a while but it was the noon rush hour.
Since I have been behind the counter as an employee and in front of the counter as a customer I know that cleanliness is a great asset for any business selling food, so something for them to consider tightening up on.

Just stopped by this Wendy’s. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten Wendy’s. We had the complicated order, but they got everything right, staff was friendly, and the food was ready very fast which is what I’m looking for in fast food so 4 stars for a pretty good experience at this location.

The food was OK, but not hot enough. The floors were sticky, and the bathrooms were horrible, especially the men's (pee all over the floor, around the urinal, said my husband). They had a sign on the bathroom door to tell a crew member if the baths needed attention, but when he did so, she just ignored him, and made no overtures that she would have it seen to. This is a good way to lose business.

Lost the vote and stopped here on the way back home and yet again this is still one of the worst establishments I’ve been in. The lady working the front was great handling everything while her coworker stood behind her engaged in an intense game on his phone ignoring her calls for assistance. Then a different employee walks out to the dining area on break, takes a seat, begins his phone then hits his vape like it’s normal 🤦🏻♂️. Once we got our food we went to take a seat and came across another young man that works here laid out like he’s on his living room sofa playing on his phone… so we found a different seat. Just a very relaxed work atmosphere I guess.

The kitchen staff was goofing off and obviously not watching the food because it was disgusting. The clerk was nice. My burger bun was wet. The fries were stale. Never again.
They have great food and awesome service! There might be some shady people there but it’s ok. They won’t bother you

We were waiting to order food for a good 10 minutes while the casher moved at a snails pace to make an order. Then when we finally got to order their scanner was broken so no app deals were available. So we didn't get to eat there at all. Until they get better staff and fix their scanner they will remain at 2 stars.
We came again and ordered online and it helped not sure if the scanner is still broken though
