Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered a few things last night. I came in earlier and ordered a 6 finger plate...tenders tiny and hard. My fries were garbage. So against my better judgement I decided to give them a try later , my wife was craving them. Ordered a couple of nibbler meals and let me say I wish I didn't. Tenders.. exactly the same as earlier like they didn't cook anything fresh all day. The bread was burnt...how? My fries were cold and soggy as well.

Went in to eat and the roof was leaking during a storm. Walking in water was dripping on me, as you ordered, water was dripping on me, trying to get something to drink water was dripping on me. I’ve never been in a place with so many leaks. Food was ok overall, not the best Zaxbys but decent. Service was not great. I would skip this place, especially during a rainstorm!

SO SLOW!!!!

Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to in my life. Service is terrible. Atmosphere is horrendous I highly recommend taking a 5 hour long drive to go to a different Zaxby’s before you walk in here.

I usually really enjoy Zaxby's, I gotta say the service could be better. Couldn't hear at the order box and service at the windows almost had me leaving without my food. I felt like I was really bothering the lady there. As much as I hate it, I may have to switch to DQ.

Deciding what to order for my family of 5, with no one waiting behind me, I felt rushed to place my order. I sensed attitudes immediately from 3 employees behind the front counter. I was skeptical about ordering and taking my money elsewhere nearby. My family & I were exhausted already, so we opted to just go ahead and eat there. If it wasn't for the order being fresh & hot, I'd give this establishment a 2 rating. Would I return there?..no!

I just want to say I come to have lunch at zaxby's, and this is the best staff the general manager. She is so sweet. All the workers are friendly. The store is very clean. The food is awesome. I've been coming here for a while. And I just wanted to give an update, how great it still is. Consistency is key in the fast food business, and they know what they're doing. So I just wanted to say how great the staff and the food is. And yeah, if you want to come in and have some good chicken with positive energy and have a nice meal and a clean building. This is the place to come. Thank you whoever reads this Mrs. Algharrah

Got the chicken bacon and ranch quesadilla today. Even though it had chicken on it all I could taste was bacon. I couldn’t taste the chicken at all. I won’t buy this again. 🙁

9pm is too early to be closing. You literally have cars sitting in the drive through beeping their horn because they would never expect it to be closed at 9pm

Terrible experience, food took forever because the workers wanted to mess around with a few customers.
