Placed my order thru the drive thru. I ordered a salad and small fries. The fries were cold, not warm, but cold. The employee never said thank you.

What in the flavorless goop is this place??? I'm from the NE, where there aren't any Zaxby's. Ordered the chicken finger platter. The chicken fingers were just ok. Not bad, but no real flavor to speak of. The fries were seasoned nicely, but could best be described as "limp". The "Zax Sauce" has no flavor at all. Might as well use mayo. Cole slaw tasted like nothing as well.

Ordered inside, spent $60, waited HALF AN HOUR and watched every single person come in and go out with their food. Finally went up to the front of the line and they said that they FORGOT OUR ORDER??? Got a refund and walked out. Total

Went through the Drive Thru while traveling with my 3 year old GS and husband. I went in to use the restroom and had the worst experience. Not only was there two male workers standing around by the restroom talking the woman in the restroom was rude to me for knocking and the two employees stood there and laughed about it. When I asked what I was exactly supposed to do if not knock one of the employees said that I needed to stop. The woman then continued to be rude and make comments and the two employees stood there with her and said nothing. Horrible experience!

This was my first-ever visit to a Zaxbys franchise location. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, but they had run out of the filet. They offered to replace it with three chicken fingers instead. The chicken tasted amazing; the sauce wasn’t very spicy but had a nice flavor and a small kick. I also ordered their nuclear sauce (the hottest sauce available) on the side. While it wasn’t particularly spicy (for those like me who love heat), it had an amazing smoky flavor that I really enjoyed.

The exterior of the location could’ve used a bit of freshening up, but the interior appeared clean. The lobby Coca-Cola dispenser was missing several flavors, but the associate kindly provided my choice from their drive-thru dispenser.

Inside, there were some interesting images, along with music from the 1940s playing. I was curious if this had some connection to the franchise’s history, but I later learned it was founded in 1990, so I didn’t quite understand the link.

I enjoyed my visit, and when I have the chance to head down south again, I’ll make sure Zaxbys is one of my top choices to eat at.

Extremely slow service for customers ordering in the dining room. Restaurant lied about being short staffed. When I asked to speak to the manager the cashier said she was helping cook food. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for a refund and then the manager came out of the office (not the kitchen) to give me my refund. Extremely frustrating experience.

The worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Service was terrible, cashier was snappy and argumentative. Employees didn’t know their responsibilities, and the managers seemed to struggle with leading the employees.

ZU, and physical training at this location was very evidently skipped over. The dine in expo was above 15 minutes, and multiple people had missing items on their order.

As soon as we walk in no body offered to take our order once got to take they didn’t act like they wanted to take our order drink machine was filthy food came out with water just every were on tray bathrooms were filthy I highly do not recommend this place at all
