I usually really enjoy Zaxby's, I gotta say the service could be better. Couldn't hear at the order box and service at the windows almost had me leaving without my food. I felt like I was really bothering the lady there. As much as I hate it, I may have to switch to DQ.
Deciding what to order for my family of 5, with no one waiting behind me, I felt rushed to place my order. I sensed attitudes immediately from 3 employees behind the front counter. I was skeptical about ordering and taking my money elsewhere nearby. My family & I were exhausted already, so we opted to just go ahead and eat there. If it wasn't for the order being fresh & hot, I'd give this establishment a 2 rating. Would I return there?..no!
I just want to say I come to have lunch at zaxby's, and this is the best staff the general manager. She is so sweet. All the workers are friendly. The store is very clean. The food is awesome. I've been coming here for a while. And I just wanted to give an update, how great it still is. Consistency is key in the fast food business, and they know what they're doing.
