Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Bad costumer service had to get a refund and food never cooked all the way frize what so soggy and falling apart and wings was under cook and they had us pull up to weigh on 2 milkshakes, and they had it sitting there for 25 minutes, and they forgot about it. So I called while I was out in the parking lot and they said they just put the milkshake stuff in the milkshake machine, so I said, forget about it. So I left it and opened up my food. And took one bite and the fries was so soggy. It still tastes like freezer.And then all my food was undercooked the wings so I ended up getting my money back.They need to redo all employees and have grown ups work and not kids because every time I come to this zaxby's, they always forget something or the food's always undercooked, they need to have a whole new staffing and stop wasting people's time and money Mcdonald's don't even have that much screw ups and they have better customer service, at least they cook that food

Dry rub lemon pepper was ok wasn't to hungry in/out

I love their food for what it is, but their accuracy sucks. I've eaten there three times. 2 door dash and 1 pickup. 2/3 times they haven't given me one of my items. One time I can let slide, but 66% inaccuracy is unacceptable.

Best customer service I've had in a long time! The young man working that window tonight 1 hour before closing was everything and every business should have this level of professionalism on the drive-thru Mic. Don't know what that crew was overworked tired or what but you couldn't tell by the way they worked together and kept that line moving tonight.

The fried Cobb salad is by far the best. Just wish they would get back the Mediterranean dressing but still by far best salad for on the go!

Ordered my food while they were cleaning the floors with a water hose behind the counter and the lady sprayed something with water and it short circuit and caught fire.... I did not receive my food ? they ordered everybody to go outside!!! Right after I finished paying for my food ??

The chicken tenders are still good!, however, the fries wasn't so great this last visit. Not only was it lacking seasoning very badly, the fries themselves just didn't taste the same I was highly disappointed! But chicken still good tho!

All the employees were wonderful and served my friends and I fast and friendly! However whoever is the manager needs to close the restaurant and fix the A/C since it is out.

Making your employees work in such a condition is very unprofessional especially when the cooks are cooking over hot grills when the inside of the building felt like it was 90 degrees. I couldn't sit and enjoy my food without breaking a sweat that is absolutely ridiculous.
