Hubby chose the spot this time! Alittle place that's been in the same location for 20 years! (We asked.) Warm welcome. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Service spot on! I didn't get the young lady's name but she was so sweet. I had the breakfast bowl with grits, eggs, and sausage. Yummy!! Hubby had the big breakfast with the Carolina sausage. He kept saying he wished he could make his grits and his French toast come out this way! ? A couple of guys from law enforcement were enjoying a break as well. Another guest paid for their meals. We're in town for one more day and guess where we will have our breakfast! I'm getting the pancakes this time! No chain restaurants for us.

We came through town on a road trip for a quick breakfast. Breakfast was great! It was quick and service was very friendly. The decor/atmosphere was simple, old diner like, no fuss. It was perfect for our family with young, energetic and loud kids. ?? we will be back!

A must stop! The burgers were the best we’ve had! So much flavor in them and super fresh. Their battered fries! ? I would drive back just to stop at Zeigs cafe. We were driving through and wanted a breakfast/lunch spot. We skipped all the normal stops and found this one. So glad we did!

I was in town visiting a friend and wanted some breakfast before hitting the road.

I found this place on a whim honestly. I searched for breakfast spots, and chose Zeig’s Cafe because it’s not a chain and I wanted something made to order.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of food and the portions. I ordered a breakfast plate with grits, scrambled eggs, and toast. It was hot, fresh, and hit the spot. I literally couldn’t finish everything.

I ordered take out because I had a long drive ahead of me. The dining area was small but quaint, and had plenty of seating available. The waitress that took my order was sweet, accommodating, and made sure that I had plenty of napkins, cutlery, and jelly/butter in my bag before leaving.

When I’m in town I wouldn’t mind dining here again with a friend and trying out their lunch options, because I was so impressed with their breakfast menu.

Definitely recommend checking out this local place. Breakfast did not disappoint! ?

Parking: Free parking lot out front, shared with other businesses but plenty of spaces available

This is SUCH a nice place to eat! We are currently driving from Summerville South Carolina to Cocoa Beach Florida, and found this restaurant on the map. I'm so glad we went here, and did not go to a chain restaurant like we planned. It's wonderful here, and we highly recommend it! Thank you!

Just passing through. And decided to stop and get a bite to eat. The bathroom was clean. I had a cheese omelet, grits and a biscuit. I am very particular about my eggs and they were perfect (very few places get it right). Biscuit was homemade and delicious. Everyone else with me got French toast and bacon. Bacon was cooked to perfection. Had to save it to my favorites.

So much better than a hotel breakfast. And cheaper than breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn. Folksy. Southern. Simple. Very reasonable prices.

Small business with a big heart serving breakfast meals like grandma used to make for the family on Sundays.

Parking: Small plaza next to car wash, limited spaces but we found a spot with no problem

Fox News running on the TV and no way to avoid it. News, politics, arguing - not while eating out! We left and had a peaceful, tasty breakfast at sunrise.

Honest review:Neat little hole in the wall, seems quite busy. Definitely a locals favorite hang out. They seem to have limited staff and they are running. Food comes out quickly, but waitress has a hard time keeping tables clean. She was attentive to the guest though and not neglectful.Sweet tea is really sweet.Prices are fair. Lunch was ok but I think I should’ve gotten the breakfast. But all in all it was enjoyable and I’d probably come back.If you like honest reviews hit the like and or follow button and have a great day!!!
