We have ate at Buchanan City Pizza & Wings many times and we have NEVER had the worse service as we did this evening! They gave us a Wrong order to start with then my husband went back to get the correct order which was not hot when i got it In the mean time his pizza he ordered was cold and not cut. When I called back and asked for the manager…spoke to Melissa and she was NOT very respectful or cordial. Her tone was as if I was bothering her 🤦♀️
Definitely our last time we will be eating there!! DO BETTER!!! Stated she cooked my burger herself….it was not even room temperature and we literally live about a 1 minute drive from there. NO way was it just cooked! And when I told her the pizza wasn’t even cut….she questioned that as if I made it up 🤦♀️

I always get wings for me and pizza for my two little angel girls and mama bear great food a nice little place to sit back and relax and close to home all though I would like to make one recommendation can you guy's make BLT pizzas when I lived in Michigan we would get pizza from papa Bellas and this little pizza place put little ceasers and domnios and Jets pizza and hungry howies and papa jhons and pizza hut just about any other pizza place I've eaten to shame they blew them out of the water.

We have been here twice. The first time everything was great but we ate there recently; we ordered 1 large pizza, 1 personal pizza and wings. The large pizza and wings were brought out at a reasonable time but the personal pizza took 50 mins. We were half way through eating before the personal pizza came out. Let’s also mention a family came in after we had ordered and they got 2 large pizzas before we got the personal pizza. The food was mediocre. We probably won’t return.

Had a great deal on 20 wings and a pizza for 40$. Added 2 orders of onion rings on the side. Plus 2 pitchrs of beer. Charged us 100$. Come to find out they double charged us for the pizza. Thank goodness we looked at our receipt. Kind of disappointed that after getting the waitress to double check our order. She still said it was right. To find out they double charged us. Got 15$ back but it was like pulling teeth. Hope they fix this problem.
First time here. Food was ehhh. I got a BBQ sandwich. It was way greasy and the Sauce didn't taste much like BBQ. The edges of the meat was crispy like it was old and reheated. The fries seemed ok. They do like us VETERANS here!

Great food. I didn't want to cook and my dad was in town for Christmas. I had all the kids and my husband was working. I was thankful to have some good fast food.
