Store is unkempt, staff is worse. The owner/manager is rude to customers and cancels online orders once they are already supposed to be ready to pick up. This has happened to me twice at this location. First time I chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I have learned my lesson!

Terrible customer service. The store is filthy with caked up food on the glass. The lady working tonight was so rude. You can tell she hates her job, still taking it out on the customers is unacceptable.

Had a sub tonight, and the bread was VERY dried out it was like ripping a bite off a stale roll every bite along with hardly any tuna put on the sub. It was edible but not great.

I went in at 8:30 am and couldn't order a breakfast flatbread because she said they had not cleaned the warming oven yet. Place was dirty and the serving/preping stations were not even set up yet. Looks like they left the place the prior evening without cleaning and showed up late that morning. This is no way to run a business.

maybe make sure your employees aren’t on the phone when fulfilling orders and giving people NOT what they ordered so you don’t get bad reviews :)

Ordered curbside. Was 1 minute past pickup. Tried calling inside store. No answer. Went in, the 2 working were sitting in back, ignoring phone calls. Only my sandwiches were fixed. I ordered curbside so I wouldn't have to get out with my bad knee. Didn't offer me a bag for order. I got it myself. I could have fixed 4 drinks and 5 chips because she wasn't watching.

Well the only thing I can say about this Subway is it needs to be revamped new manager new district manager new employees this place was disgusting I walked in on Friday night and the place was filthy the manager was running around trying to do wiping down and stocking and everything else with two employees wasting their time in the back when they did come out the young man had so many piercings in his lip and mouth and nose it was disgusting the counters were filthy food all over them in the cracks in the crevices all over the the board when he came out to make my sandwich I had to tell him I needed fresh lettuce because the lettuce that was there was disgusting so they brought out two more things of lettuce fresh with attitude when he went to make my sandwich he put his gloves on was fixing to make my sandwich got the meat on it and the cheese which I had to tell him three times what kind of cheese then he drops the knife and reaches down grabs the knife off of the floor without changing his gloves he reaches in and grabs my spinach to put on my sandwich I told him he needs to change his gloves because he dropped something and picked it up off the floor he got angry with me rips his gloves off and grabbed new gloves at that point I decided I was going to leave the manager I feel sorry for her because she doesn't know how to manage and the two employees need to think about another career path my mother was in the restaurant business for over 40 years and she would not have tolerated any of that I hope this helps someone thank you

They are occasionally very specific about how you can use coupons. Some employees allow it, some won't.
