You simply need more than one employee. If you had another they should have stepped out and helped . I ordered for 4:20. Showed up at 4:30 and the kid was filling online orders from before mine for the people in front of me . Two people came in behind me. I finally left at 4:45. The meatballs burned him, and my sandwich was totally soaked ( by steam? Idk) when i got home. Maybe the trays are too hot.Subway failed here not your employee will. He was doing his best.
I ordered a sub with beef onion and pepper . I ask if the pepper &onion were grilled to make it somewhat softer the answer was no then yes.Bread meat onion and pepper then cheese on top and toasted. I decided to get it took it home and grilled them to put on sub. I use to like their wheat bread but they only have multi grain. I seem to always get the thin dry over baked bread
They make it exactly how I ask for it. They always have fresh bread and they dont sell you any ingredients they wouldnt eat themselves. Have only ever had one or two issues and I've been going here for years
