786 Kebab & Curry Buffet

I came in last night at 8pm and after 5 minutes of sitting down and not even eating, I find a hair in the rice. I start leaving and didn’t eat anything and instead of the son offering a refund (and I tipped) he said “thank you for your feedback” I was there for 5 minutes and didn’t eat a single thing, I should have been refunded, simple gestures like that will avoid public reviews

The butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and the garlic naan were great. Everything else I had was good also. Definitely go again.

Easily the blandest, least appetizing Indian food I've ever had. Our butter chicken didn't taste like Indian at all; it was barely seasoned and tasted like bad, overcooked, dry Mexican chicken. The sauces for the curries were thin and flavorless, the samosas were flavorless and practically all big chunks of potato, and the naan was undercooked and soggy. Very disappointed; I ate what I could, cleared my plate in the trash, and threw away the leftovers. I feel like we wasted money.

Edit: the next day, both the people that had the butter chicken feel sick. I didn't and had something else.

I just want to say I hardly ever leave comments for review, but…. This was one of the most warm and beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. Not only was the food delicious the customer service exceed the most geniue care. I felt at home!! 10 out of 10!!!! Food amazing and service absolutely amazing!!!

It makes me disappointed to write this as they are a decent family, however immediately after eating there my family member and I felt sick. The following week we had food poisoning and felt extremely nauseous. I question their food safety standards and would not recommend eating here! The food tasted awful from the start and we have no allergies, nor any foods that could have contributed to how we felt the following week. We had to miss work and everything. Again, it makes me sad to be honest but I just want to protect anyone else from getting sick. I wish they took responsibility to improve rather than blame customers for their stinky food, I wish the best.

Seriously the best food! I ate here for lunch and liked it so much I got dinner to go. If you like Indian food do yourself a favor and stop here!

I have eaten here plenty of times, and each time it gets better and better. Tonight I was meet with some incredible dishes and beyond excellent service by Javed. This is a family owned establishment and you can feel that in the food and the atmosphere.

Our experience at 786 Kebab and Curry in Buford was outstanding! The food was delicious, with authentic flavors that really hit the spot. Every dish, from the flavorful kebabs to the rich curries, was served hot and fresh, making each bite a treat.

Javed made our visit even better—he was super nice and incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such attentive service paired with fantastic food.

One thing that really stood out was how clean the restroom was! The attention to detail, including the mouthwash touch, was impressive and appreciated.

Highly recommend 786 Kebab and Curry for anyone seeking great food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

It's not my usual choice of food types, but i wanted something different. They completely delivered amazing foods. The owner has been a chef for, I believe I understood, 50 years. His son was super patient in explaining the foods I chose, what was in them, and how the spice levels were. I typically avoid spicy foods, but seeing as I chose my foods from the buffet per the pictures and descriptions given before I asked questions, some were warmer but, oh, the taste!! Everything was exceptional and tasty. I filled up and simply enjoyed the ambiance for a bit. Eggs and potatoes, spinach dish, and of course items I wasn't familiar with, but i will be back and soon. It's much too good not to make sure I try everything!!
