It's an Arby's. Nothing fancy. If you like their food, great. If not, no big deal. I wouldn't leave a rating except I've been here a couple times a month for the past year. I always come late on Tuesdays and I always worry that the folks behind the counter will be annoyed at the time. Every time I've been in there been friendly and shockingly quick. I expected a wait but it's always good and fast.

The black lady w/ the buzz cut at the drive-thru tonight was very friendly and human. She deserves a raise. Will be back! Wagyu burger and the jalapeño bites are the best!
Edit: I went for drive-thru today and order was supposed by ready by 9:57pm. Manager Fiomoe or whatever it’s spelled said that the order hasn’t come up and that I was basically SOL. Drive thru is dead and they basically tell me maybe it will come, maybe not. Schrödinger's Arby box, maybe I’ll get my drive thru order, maybe not. Amazing.

I went through the drive-through today. I ordered a classic roast beef with cheddar double. I also ordered a regular roast beef with no cheddar as a half pound. Whoever was running the window was very rude. They read my order back to me and it was correct. I did feel like they were trying to rush my order. But then they made me sit and wait for my order. So this gave them plenty of time to make sure the order was right. When I got home, I found that the order was not correct. It didn’t even have the right condiments I asked for. Both mills were reversed from what they were supposed to be. I also called the store and never got an answer. I would be more understanding if I thought they were really busy. There was not one person inside the store dining at all. There was only one car in front of me and one behind me .
The little wirey, high pitched voice kid taking orders today just stares at you, while swinging around and holding his hands. Still screwed up the order, no sauce on the brisket, or in the bag, and only had one long slice of brisket on the whole sandwich. Just another trashy fast food joint with idiot workers that don’t care

Ordered in drive-thru. Half pound roast beef and potato cakes. Asked to pull over into a space. After 10 minutes went inside to see if my order had been forgotten. No one at the counter offered to help at first. The worker from the drive thru came out with an order and I asked if it was mine. He handed it to me. I didn’t unwrap the food and check. Big mistake. I was given an order that was completely wrong. I did not discover this until back at my office, which was 20 minutes away. No time to go back. I WILL NEVER RETURN, and do not recommend others visit this business.

Not open at 7:10 on a Thursday night?
They just jacked up their DD prices even MORE than other fast food brands (and more than their own previously), to the point that I'm not going to order from them tonight. If the goal was deterrence, it's working. I haven't the slightest clue WHY a brand wouldn't want to grow into the delivery market and become a staple consideration on the delivery short list, especially a brand that struggles to compete in the dinner time space...I guess with this poor decision you'll just stay just a sometimes lunch place for everyone. And I'm saying that as an avid fan that believes you can be a meaningful option for tongues tired of burgers. But not if you can't commit enough to the throughput and offset the costs for yourself better than this crap that's now on DD. Pfft. If I'm going to pay sit down restaurant prices I'll order from a sit down restaurant. Which is exactly what I'll do tonight. Get a clue!

Kennedy was the absolute best front line I ever encountered. We walked in with 8 people 30 minutes before closing she didn't blink an eye. My daughter asked if we needed to take it to go. She replied with a smile no sit down and eat. Top notch service and food!

I am a recent left leg amputated above the knee and bypass on right leg. With that being said. This was my first time ordering my lunch to be delivered. I choose This Arbys because the brand new one a half mile away didn't give me the option for delivery. But the website was very easy to use. My food was hot,fresh, and made picture perfect even with double meat and cheese on my French dip. The auju was piping hot and made just right. Wasn't watered down. My Reuben was also made picture perfect. And was hot and fresh. The white cheddar Mac N Cheese was hot and fresh almost picture perfect. The noodles weren't undercooked or overcooked. And cheese sauce was nice and creamy. From the time I place my order to the time it was picked up and delivered not more then 15 minutes had gone by.i regret not remembering my drivers name but he was very friendly and courteous. And even asked if the order was correct before he left. He was very outgoing/friendly/ and charismatic.
I'll definitely order delivery again from this store next time I'm craving a French Dip or Rueben.
