Sandwich had hair in it. Service was slow. Lexi taking our order was lost and confused. Had to pull up and wait on food then it was cold? They also didn’t give us any napkins for 4 peoples meals

I went to Arby’s the other evening with my children and Tae was great! He was very professional, personable, and genuinely cared about our experience. We need more people like Tae. He’s not just there for the paycheck, but to make a positive difference!
As I was waiting in line and about to order, Michael didn't say one word, no greeting, to me that it was very awkward when I ordered my food. Very cold, distant, unfriendly service. Not sure if I'll be returning to this location again.

Michael (Manager) and his crew did a great job. The food was soooo good and the employees were very friendly! The restaurant was also very clean. We will be going back! Thank you crew! We had been at the hospital and on our way home just thinking of something to grab to eat. This experience really made our night!
