This is a great Arby's located in the heart of Buford. I have been generally happy with my experiences here but they do seem a little disorganized at times which make you need to double check your orders for things like napkins and such despite requesting them in the app.

It's an Arby's. Nothing fancy. If you like their food, great. If not, no big deal. I wouldn't leave a rating except I've been here a couple times a month for the past year. I always come late on Tuesdays and I always worry that the folks behind the counter will be annoyed at the time. Every time I've been in there been friendly and shockingly quick. I expected a wait but it's always good and fast.

Kennedy was the absolute best front line I ever encountered. We walked in with 8 people 30 minutes before closing she didn't blink an eye. My daughter asked if we needed to take it to go. She replied with a smile no sit down and eat. Top notch service and food!
