I got me the Apple pie shake, and I am a southern folk here at TruJeepers and the shake did not come close to taste in like an apple pie! The inside of the restaurant looks like a 5 Star Pl. but you only get three star service through the drive-through what’s up with that?

Idk what went wrong- but it needs to be corrected. The drive thru workers are the most impatient and rude people I’ve ever experienced this with. They never apologize for when they’re simply not listening. My orders are never correct. They put a dab of cheese on the classic beef n cheddar. A. Dab. And don’t even get me started on sauces- thank God I check the bag bc I wouldn’t have marinara with my mozzarella sticks. And I wouldn’t have two cheese cups that I paid extra for bc the amount of cheese that is originally on the sandwich is offensive. They’re always annoyed when you even ask for sauces. Do. Better.

My husband and I decided to stop in at this Arby's located on Lanier Islands Pkwy. in Buford.
The food and service were excellent. I shared with my husband its been a long time since we've had service from a fast food restaurant like this.
Catalin their employee was so personable and made sure we were taken care of.
Patrick who is a great district manager also took awesome care of us too. I can honestly say, this young man loves his career, his employees and his customers.

Whataburger was awesome! We went to get lunch at 11:00 on a Sunday morning and the store was locked up and dark. I guess they took labor day weekend off... So, even though we wanted Arby's we went next door for burgers.
Came through drive thru today and was missing items. Went inside to get missing items and was told I was lying. The manager working was so incredibly rude and ignored me and kept dealing with other customers. After waiting I asked for my money back and they proceeded to tell me no. That they weren't allowed to refund my money. Who isn't allowed to issue a refund?? This place is awful and the employees make it even worse.

Horrible experience with this location, one of their food items damaged my teeth. They denied me for the incident report, then the owner never called back either.

They don't honor arby coupons.If they do they downsize everything.Go to a real arbys

Placed a mobile order 25 minutes before arriving. They kept working on it and then they stopped what they were doing to go manage the drive-through. After 3 different people Touched my order, they put it down and started working on people who just Arrived order. I actually said something and the greasy teenager said “we got other stuff to do”
They didn’t complete my order till after i made a complaint.
People working in customer service that have no business in it. These are young teenagers, probably 16 years old with no management to teach them anything. Corporations (Minus Chick-fil-A) Would rather have terrible customer service Than spend the extra money and time to properly train and treat employers right. I’ll never understand why more fast food companies aren’t like Chick-fil-A. They are killing the market

Food quality is poor at this Arby's, prepared by those who clearly don't care and what is terribly different is not taking coupons and not having senior drinks - the ONLY Arby's I have ever been to that disallows these. As others have noted, this Arby's is also sorely lacking in service, caring and appreciation for customers. Sad that it's always kids who run this place and they are not ones who care to make a difference. They are robotic and lifeless. Management, please take notice: they should be sent to chik-fil-a to hang out for a while to observe real caring for customers. Hire and train as chik-fil-a does, with the conviction that employees truly can make the difference!

Just left Arby's......
Hadn't ate all day because I been so busy since 6:30 am! Literally not a bite, hopeful to a nice Arby's meal and my Food was cold! 😭😭
Fries were older than myself, I swear you took a bite and it felt like a rock! :(
My all time favorite, have always been the fries and they were cold, old and just terrible...
Not going back to this location for sure.
