Just went through the drive thru about 15 mins ago. I ordered a roast beef and cheddar sandwich; they forgot the cheddar like always and my roast beef was completely red and uncooked. The other sandwich in our meal was fully cooked(brown)- which is what it should be. So disappointing.

Hamburger meal was so bad my 25 year old son couldn't evan eat half of it and threw it in the garbage. I had a brisket sandwich that was chewy and rubbery and didn't even taste like meat, let alone brisket. On the other hand, my wife had a gyro that she said was good. One more thing, a worker took a bag of frozen fries out of the freezer and literally threw it on the ground to break up the fries, then opened the bag and dumped them in the fryer

Michael from the drive thru last night was amazing! Customer service went above and beyond… they were out of honey mustard packets and he went to pump us some. You don’t get that service much out of fast food these days!!!!

The gyros have changed my life. I seek them in my dreams. I wake up everyday and am taken over by an unforseen force guiding me to what I so desperately desire, an Arbys gyro.

I had a coupon that I received from corporate that I was told to be valid at all locations. I merely asked if this coupon was valid at this location and was rudely declined. The manager seemed very defensive, like I was some sort of 5'3" threat to this establishment. I see from the other reviews that this location is prone to issues. I would go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Just sat in the drive thru for 27 min and never got my food. Line only moved up once. I only ordered a roast beef sandwich and a soft drink. Don’t waste your time with this place

Disaster drive-through experience. Sat there for 10 minutes before someone asked me for my order… I placed the order and then no one was on the other end to confirm anything or tell me a total or let me finish what I was saying. I sat there another 10 minutes, trying to get someone’s attention in the speaker…Crickets. Horrible drive-through.

Second time here. First time in store ordered and took awhile. Got my Reuben & the bread was soft and not toasted. Not how a Reuben is done. Today was my second visit, there was nobody at the drive through. I ordered 3 Buffalo chicken sliders and drive up. Woman orpened the window and said what did you order? Like there were multiple people at the drive through or something to keep track of. She seemed distracted. Then they handed me a bag, didn’t say thanks or whatever, and gave me 3 cold Arby’s roast beef sliders. This store needs to get it together or they’re not gonna last.

Incredibly rude workers and they refuse to honor coupons but then say you need to present the coupon they don't honor to get the family pack they do offer (despite it being significantly more than the coupon).

I understand this is a new place but it's been a month since open should be running smoothly.
I have order from here Several times my food always been cold roast beef sandwich "yuk" cold roast beef! Today my Ruben sandwich had NO meat in it !
Tired of wasting my money on this place !
Considering this is a new store, we chose the drive through, food was cold, all of order wasn't in the bag, had to return back to store and rewait for food, which cashier was rude, I can't believe being a new store was that ridiculous

I went to this arby's first time since it opened Order the double beef and cheddar with a sauce on the side In a 4 piece of mozzarella sticks I waited 25 minutes to get my food When asked what was going on she said they were slicing meat but yet the dude in the back was still making sandwiches and Is handing them out to the Drive through people and didn't give me one Care at all I waited 5 more minutes finally Got my food Then realized they screwed up the sandwich and put the beef and cheddar sauce on it and a red ranch He asked him to make me another one and I looked really confused Said I did not Ask Four that I told her I did and I would get to receipt I have been too many Arby's And never had this problem I will never come to this one ever again
Usually good, fast service. Today was not that. I’ve never in 33 years seen a Arby’s classic roast beef messed up before. Fries weren’t hot, sandwich had random stuff on it. Disappointing.
