Michael from the drive thru last night was amazing! Customer service went above and beyond… they were out of honey mustard packets and he went to pump us some. You don’t get that service much out of fast food these days!!!!
Usually good, fast service. Today was not that. I’ve never in 33 years seen a Arby’s classic roast beef messed up before. Fries weren’t hot, sandwich had random stuff on it. Disappointing.
I was excited to see this new location and have visited a couple of times. Everything was fine, but I just got a flyer announcing your grand opening on Aug. 3rd. I got it in the mail today, Aug. 8th.! Free sandwich coupon is only for the 3rd!!
