We were thrilled to get the experience of eating in the Vault this trip. A must for a special occasion! The history of the restaurant always adds to the experience and is worth noting.
We got several appetizers for our group. You absolutely have to get the onion rings. They are life changing and unlike any onion rings I've ever seen! I am not an onion ring person but love these! Pair them with side kale caesar salad for a match made in heaven.
The steaks were cooked perfectly and the shareable sides make it easy to pick up a few and share easily for groups or just two. I highly recommend the green beans and mashed potatoes. Please make sure to try the homemade steak sauce. I know its taboo to put steak sauce on an amazing steak, but I assure you this sauce is worth rule breaking. It's made in house and delicious.
We were too stuffed to even broach dessert, but I encourage you to try the hazelnut cream puff or bananas foster. I have tried both on previous dinners and can vouch for them.
The service was incredible as always. Michael and Lauren did an amazing job this visit getting all of our needs met and suggesting fantastic menu items.
If you can spare the time to do a pre or post dinner drink on the roof, I would do so.

The steak was an absolute delight—cooked to perfection and clearly made from high-quality cuts of meat. We also enjoyed the cheese grits and steamed vegetables, both of which were superb. My wife and I went last night for our 4 year anniversary. The service was amazing, no wait time. Our server was very helpful in describing what to get on the menu. The food was excellent. We got the onion rings which were to die for! The wedge salad, Filet with cowboy butter (high recommend). The Bananas foster dessert was suprisingly good! Cannot wait to go back! Much better and reasonably priced than other steak houses in the area

Our family runs a beef farm in Colorado- so we don't spend much time eating other people's heifers. However, last night I found myself at the Bare Bones establishment and in need of repast, so I decided to give it a whirl. Was not in the mood for a large dinner so I had the 12oz filet. While they chased that down out in the corral- we got started with some onion rings that would've made the mayor of Vidalia proud. The serving is extry-sized.. so make sure you're with a friend. Next had the iceberg wedge to make sure the carnivorous carnival had a brief vegetarian accomplice. Very tasty, but gotta say- chilly and put together just fine, but the Bleu cheese crumbles overpower the wedge in my opinion. Maybe the prep person just got happy with the cheese setup, but the lettuce got lost in the flavor hustle. Next up was the 12oz filet served up medium. Cooked perfect and butter soft. Found myself in a state of melancholy munching as I got toward the end of this petite piece o meat. Every bite I was cutting smaller and smaller just so I could savor the taste of this piece of beef. Really unusual for beef east of the mighty Mississippi. Honest- great steak! Had the sticky toffee cake for dessert. Seriously yummy here. Big enough for 2 friendly people. Nice warm cake underneath ice cream. Only thing I found that I might add to this dish would be a dash of crispy toffee chips on top. Otherwise a worthy conclusion to a great meal. Place was so busy we had to eat at the bar. Destiny took care of us and about 100 other people all at the same time. Best to give her a raise! Bravo!

Chandler was a sport with our large group, but the steak was minimally seasoned. I hope it was oversight due to the large Homecoming crowd. The water bottle had something floating in it , so check before drinking. The restaurant atmosphere/ decor and Chandler are the best things about this place.

Food came out quickly, but the quality was underwhelming. The mac n’ cheese with bacon was mediocre and lacked flavor. The ribeye I ordered didn’t taste like prime steak at all, more like a lower grade cut. On top of that, the lobster fried tail was burnt, which made it almost inedible. For a place calling itself a steakhouse, I expected much better execution and quality. The service was great, but the food didn’t justify the price or the hype. I would skip this place and try somewhere else.
