Always double check your order when there. Paid for the new IF creature creation and they argued with me that it looked like what they gave me. In a basic BR cup. My child wanted it riight away so could not take a complete before photo. Even on their sign had same photo of IF creature creation, They should be honest and not have you pay for something they do not provide.

Everytime I try to order from this place they never have ANYTHING , I don’t understand why they don’t have what’s on the menu, THEN TAKE IT OFF. They automatically try to get me to cancel my order instead of trying to see what I want it to be replaced with but even then it will take me to go thru 5 different flavors that they don’t have to finally find one they DO have .

They just give us this much and we didn’t even eat any. This is not a FIRST TIME. Sometimes they give us lot, but they give us that much for 3times. We was really excited about going to Baskin-Robbins and all I got was a disappoint. I remember there name too. I am so disappointed.

Ordered a Birthday Cake for my Cousin that was turning 14. The cake decorator went above and beyond!!! She made a Nintendo Switch ice cream cake with "Welcome Cameron to Level 14 Unlocked" written on the cake. Even the font was on point! Thank you so much for doing an AWESOME JOB!!!
Ordered a ice cream cookie cake 24 hours in advance, paid, and drove an hour one way to pick it up for my daughter’s birthday. Of course, they didn’t fill the order and we left disappointed and empty handed.

So frustrated! I don’t think people realize bad customer service can ruin a visit. Ordered my single scoop for my birthday. Looked small, but it’s ok. Brought up my app for her to scan, she says it’s your birthday huh. I saw yes and she says happy birthday! Price doesn’t change and my husband scans card. I ask her, why didn’t my price change? She says oh, you didn’t get a kids scoop. That’s what’s free! No where, NO WHERE on my app did it say kids scoop. We bought three scoops, just give me one for free! Horrible service. I’ll remember for next year!!

I would say that I had a marvelous experience at BB, as the great state of Alabama does not have any Baskin-Robbins left! So, you can imagine how I felt just to be able to go into a Baskins Robbins.? The customer serve was great. My ice cream was great! ???
