I waited for a resolution before I left a review but the restaurant is refusing to address the issue. My mind is actually blown at what they did and how they’re acting. I ordered pick up yesterday for lunch, I walked in to grab my pizzas with my 3 children. The employee “Alan” started to yell at me to not make a mess. He was incredibly disrespectful and loud. I asked him not to yell at me and he only continued to yell. The “manager or shift leader” Vicky completely ignored what was going on, she did not address the employee or the situation. The entire restaurant was staring yet Vicky would not even look in my direction. I kept asking for the manager and Alan would not tell me until I asked multiple times. I then stood and waited for Vicky to acknowledge me, she would not. I had to get in line to order for her to actually acknowledge me, I asked if I could speak with her. When I did, all she said was there was nothing she could do. She did nothing. My children were asking why the man was yelling at me. Alan continued to walk past me and mutter obscenities and cuss words then angerly say things in a different language all as I was waiting for the manager. He then started to yell about me very loudly to another employee. Vicky simply did nothing and did not care to make things right. My husband and I both left formal complaints online and have not received a response. I called the store today to ask for the general manager without announcing who I was. I could hear that Vicky had answered the phone. When I asked when the GM would be in, she rudely said “umm why?” I said “so that I can speak with them.” She then told me he wasn’t there today. So I asked when he’d be in and she said she didn’t know. She did not try to find out or reassure that I could speak with them, or take my number. I repeated that he was not there and they didn’t know when he’d be there, and Vicky responded saying he actually WAS there but was not in the building. So I said, “he’s there but he’s not there?” Then she just said “yeah and I don’t know when he’ll be here.” So I have been blown off, an employee yelled at me in front of my children and this shift leader has done nothing. Apparently I can’t speak to the manager either. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I used to work in this industry when I was younger and yelling at a customer especially in front of small children was absolutely unacceptable. Should still be, but apparently at Blaze it’s accepted and allowed with absolutely no need to even address. And when I try to speak with someone, I’m not allowed to and given the run around. I will never give this place my business again knowing how they treat their customers and with zero problem resolution. The behavior that’s allowed to ensue in front of small children is absolutely not a place I would recommend bringing your family. To add to this, historically I have ran into several young employees with bad attitudes when dining here. It’s ridiculous.

The restaurant area was dirty, and what ever you do don't use the bathrooms. You will need a tetanus shot. And it gets worse. Don't touch the napkins dispenser. Wow the health department should close this place. Staff coming on to shift walking in off the street and going straight to building pizza. Have you ever heard of a sink to wash your hands in?!?!? Ugh.

The pizza was delicious! Definitely better than the other pizza chains. The price is affordable, family friendly, plenty of toppings to choose from. I would love to see them add more toppings for the salads.

We debated on numerous restaurants to eat at and decided to come here. We come here often. Today the store was dirty, no clean tables, no sweet tea (said they were out), out of mushrooms (a must for two in our party).. Service bar ingredients area was a mess. Floors a mess. Just didn’t feel like I wanted to eat here with my family. Probably our last time. Just ugh.

The food was good, but the store seems poorly managed. Garbage cans were overflowing, trash was on the floor, the pink lemonade was completely out, and the bathrooms reminded me of a Circle K gas station.... no paper products and nasty/dirty doors, walls, floors and fixtures. It's a relatively new restaurant and very modern looking, so it was very strange to see how dilapidated it was.

I drove 12 miles to this store bc it supposed to closed at 10 but they were closed at 9:00, even when the restaurant was open. So sad you guys can’t handle the staff.

There seems to be a trend in these reviews, unprofessional staff, dirty, poor food quality, and the owner responds to all of them but nothing seems to be changing. I walked in around 6:00 pm on a Sunday 1/14/2024 it was dead, like 4 people in the place. I walked up to the counter and was greeted pretty much immediately, told the girl what I wanted and she walked over to the oven to get something out, never came back. I then stood there for approximately 10 more minutes waiting for someone to assist me, three employees then started making three completely random pizzas, again no one was in front of me to order anything, and that’s when I noticed that the girl that greeted me originally was sitting at a table in the lobby talking to another employee. Guy that was back in the food prep area told one of his fellow employees “apparently we can’t put oil on the tables for the dough, but guess what we don’t give a….” Yea. Overall place is pretty unpleasant, no one in there seems to care about anything, I question if they even care about themselves. If you want to fix the place, stop responding to google reviews and get a whole new staff. 1/14/2024 at 6:00 pm. That way you know who was working.
