Ordered our food at 11:19am, and received it at 11:56. When we received our food, the chicken was dry and over cooked. Additionally the sausage egg and cheese sandwich was dry and old tasting.
No communication from staff or apology for the wait.

I'm not really sure where to begin the disappointment is strong with this visit the bathrooms were a disaster, just to start with. Paper towels and paper all over, i didnt want to even touch the sink. Counter girl seemed annoyed customers were there. Manager was eating behind the counter. Floor behind the counter looked like a major OSHA violation. Sandwich was ok, but 8 didnt ask for spicy, got it anyway. The fries were made days ago. Won't be back!

Good service, tried their watermelon tea and its good. The drive thru appeared to have AI take our order and it was efficient. This is quite impressive. First time I have seen this.

I was very disappointed in the food,I visited at 11:25am and the bo rounds wee hard, full of oil and you could tell they had been sitting there for a while,the egg on my biscuit was old. By far the worst store I've been to.i visit Bojangles everyday for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but I never go to this location and I never will again. I completely wasted my money.The customer service was good though.

Order through doordash on DoorDash their was a 3pc leg and 2 PC thigh with sides fixins I place the order. Pick up the order I kissing party of my order I only get 1 thigh 1 leg and 2 sides of fries I call to let them know Bojangles claims only a 3pc combo popped up on there end even the DoorDash advertised it as a 5 PC meal didn't get offer to come get the rest of the food quickly place blame on DoorDash if you want a refund go through them

Stopped by to grab breakfast this morning. I tried the new breakfast burrito with a side of cheese grits. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied as the burrito was cold. The Bo rounds in the burrito tasted old. The sausage was cold with barely any country gravy. The grits were not fully cooked (stiff and grainy). The other draw back is the automated system that takes the orders. The actual human interaction was good at the window. I probably 9 times out of 10 will not be returning for breakfast at this location.

Decent food and clean enough, great for casual fried chicken pick-ups. However, I absolutely despise the AI drive-thru; as someone who is skeptical of AI (bad experiences with ai calls and being an artist), this makes me force myself to go inside and order, which the staff looked depressed or not wanting to be there.
Tl;dr, AI service is unlikeable and staff are miserable, food is pretty good though.

I went through the drive thru. It was a bad experience. After placing the order I went to the pick up window. The girl at the window couldn’t find my order. There was only one car in front of me-they had already received their order and left. There was only one car behind me. At 4:30 in the afternoon they were out of chicken breast and would I would have to wait 15 minutes if I wanted to wait for one.
