TODAY I VISITED FOR LUNCH LEFT MY CARD. IDK HOW!! HOWEVER WHEN I RETURN THE GUY WHO TOOK MY CARD GREET ME WITH WHATS GOING ON. HE PROCEEDED TO GRAB GLOVES AS IF MY FOOD WAS WRONG. THEN WHEN MY FRIEND SAID YOU DIDNT GIVE HER HER CARD BACK HE STATED OH YEAH AND WENT BACK TO GET CARD. I ASKED SO YOU KNEW WHAT WE CAME FOR AND PRETEND YOU DIDNT??? OH BABY WE ALMOST CAME TO BLOWS IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT. ALL BECUASE HE GOT UPSET ANG STATED I LEFT MY CARD. NO SIR WE BOTH MESSED UP I SHOULDVE PAID BETTER ATTENTION AND YOU SHOULDVE GAVE IT BACK BEFORE YOU EVEN GAVE ME THE FOOD. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER!! THAT I CAN GET OUT THE STORE. MIND YOU I ASKED FOR MY CARD AND RECEIPT. HE BALLED UP THE PAPER AND SAID I CAN GET OUT. IT GOT SO BAD THAT HE WALKED UP AS IF HE WAS READY TO FIGHT A FEMALE. I VISIT HERE A LOT DUE TO MY JOB IS CLOSE BY. HES BEEN VERBAL WITH MY FRIEND NUMEROUS OF TIMES AND I ALWAYS WOULD TELL HER TO CHILL HES PROBALY HAVING A BAD DAY BUT TO DAY WAS JUST OVER BROAD AS A "MANAGER". HE WAS SO AGRESSIVE NEVER ONCE SAYING HE MESSED UP OR NOTHING. I WAS TOLD BRANDON WAS THE GM I WANTED TO WAIT FOR BRANDON HOWEVER MY BREAK WAS UP. THEN WOULD IT EVEN BE ACTION BEHIND HIS ACTIONS ALSO HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT ON GMBRANDON. HOWEVER LYNDSY CAME THROUGH AND GAVE A REFUND AND FRESH FOOD HOWEVER IM VERY DISPLEASED WITH HIS ACTION. FAST FOOD JOB IS NOT OR THE WEAK

The heavier set African American guy at the window needs to be reevaluated or fired. He obviously doesn’t like his job or care to be there. As a grown man, he shouldn’t be acting the way that he does. After he dropped all my change on the floor cause he failed to put it in my hand , I still proceeded to say thank you as I pulled off and he screamed “right!” . The lack of human decency is seriously sad. I hope whatever he’s going through, he stays home & heals from it.

Food is good! Used drive thru and the computer voice talked to me over the intercom. Person at the window never said a word to me while picking up my order. Not a hi, hello... your total is... thank you have a nice day, NOTHING. Made me think the person didn't like or at least value their job.
Get rid of the ridiculous automated drive trough and let me give my order to a human being like I have been SINCE YOU OPENED.

I have driven by this location a thousand times. Figure I'd give it a try. I walked in to find nobody at the front and waited a minute or two for somebody to come out. I was asked if I could be helped I ask for the eight pieces meal to go. I was told that the dark meat would take 12 to 15 minutes before it was ready. I then asked if she would just fill the order with white meat to avoid a delay. They did a quick count and stated that's all the white meat they have and could not fill the purchase. I told them I would be home in 10 minutes I was not going to wait for 15 for them to prepare the meal. I must say this was a very disappointing trip. They had enough chicken to fill my order and there was no one behind me waiting. I left the building and saw no one in the Drive-Thru.

I LOVE EATING HERE . DARK BROWN BISCUITS , AND THEIR CHICKEN IS DELICIOUS . THE WAITER NAMED GARRETT #799 WAS A DELIGHTFUL PERSON . HE MADE MY DAY WITH THAT SMILE AND CHEERFULNESS . A HIGH SPIT FOR ME . THE OTHER WAITERS ARE REALLY NICE ALSO . A EXCELLENT PLACE TO EAT .

Ordered and got our food then my child was still hungry, so I went back to the counter to get another sandwich. I stood and stood and stood, finally the guy said he would be right with me. Never came back. The best part was the manager did nothing as she walked back and forth. She completely ignored that she had a customer. On my way out the manager was on her phone. The guy was nice, but that manager has zero people skills!

When I visited about a year or so ago, the biscuit was seriously undercooked. Bojangles responded to my review, saying they would fix it.
Now, the last two times I visited this year, the biscuit was undercooked, and this time it was largely inedible.
I have only been here a handful of times, through drive thru, but every time, they screwed up my order, overcooked the chicken, and sounded like they were too depressed or apathetic to talk to anyone.

don't bother. i've ordered through this place like three times. every time i've gone they have this attitude like it's my fault they work there, they act like they don't know what sauce is and then try to hustle you out of a goofy amount of change nobody has on them if you ask at the drive through window. the one time i went inside the Youth at the counter ran away and hid until the manager came out from the back. i don't know how they're open.

Came to the Bojangles to purchase some five piece combo meal. They told me it was gonna take seven minutes to cook. I informed them OK but when I went in my car, it seems to be about 25 to 30 minutes when I approach and walked in they were not even boxing up my chicken. I had to wait another five minutes The two girls in the front they seem like they didn’t care about how long I was waiting. That will be my first time and last time going to that Bojangles.
